When Clayton Knight was there I wouldnt go anywhere else, the nurses were wonderful and I always felt like my furries were getting the best care. When love that pet took over i was so disappointed. The female vet was great with my anxious kitty but the other vet did not properly examine my dogs and could not identify a broken nail even after i pointed it out. I received a survey via email on which i was honest and told them i was not happy. I then got a call from some guy saying he would talk to the vet i saw. I was so unhappy with the service, managenent and then the awkwardness of returning that I changed vets. Tried to get my dogs history transferred last week and couldnt because theyd closed. I dont know if there are more love that pets around but if there are please go somewhere else! Read Less

Extremely poor, start a treatment plan, then close their doors (apparently went bust ?), no phone call, no you will have to go elsewhere next week. They must really love animals to let a dog in pain be left like this. Read Less
