Extremely thoughtful, caring and experienced staff. They looked after us (furry and human) from the moment we walked through the door. After hours on a public holiday, no one wants to be at work but these people do not treat their work as jobs.
We lost our little girl 'Ziva' late at night but we made it to say goodbye. All through that time, they were so supportive and professional.
Such a sad cloud at the time but the silver lining were these people, thank you so much.

We honestly thought we would lose our pussy cat, he was so sick. Our vet referred us to JCU, with all their equipment and expertise they diagnosed Lenny and within 24 hours he was on the mend. We have a bit of a recovery ahead but they saved his life. Forever grateful!
