It has taken me 4 months to be able to write a review without it coming from a place of total anger. Mind you I was 39wks pregnant when this all occurred too. Back in November our dog got a paralysis tick despite the frontline being on him. The whole time they had him they kept sending us messages and pictures telling us he was getting better etc. I kept asking if he was suffering and they knew that if he was I would have made the heartbreaking decision to have him put to sle...ep. But they assured me he was doing well but advised I didnt see him as he would get too excited and it would not be good for his airways. Kept telling me he needed this and that extra, which I agreed to despite it putting the bill through the roof as I trusted the vet to be doing what was best for my dog. It was a friday afternoon and they told me he would need to be transported to the emergency vet clinic to be looked after over the weekend as their practice wasn't open. Half an hr before I went in to get him they called me and said he had gotten a little worse, despite being advised he was doing fine an hour earlier when I was in the clinic. So I went in to collect him to take him over, before I got to see him they made sure to take me for every last cent. They told me the other vet hospital would know who we were and that he was coming. Then had me wait in the car for them to bring him to me as they were closing the surgery. When they brought him out he was suffering so badly I was almost sick. I was terrified he was going to die on my lap while we raced him to the other vet hospital. He was so very poorly, and had I been informed correctly about his condition would never have let it go that far. When we arrived at the other vet I raced him in, crying and heavily pregnant. They had no idea who I was but they were amazing in the care they showed for my dog and I that night. After they finished chasing up his records and attending to him they came and told me what I already knew, that he was suffering badly and they couldn't believe he had been let go this far. So I made the decision to do what was kind to my pet and put him to sleep. I am extremely upset with the care we received. I am haunted by watching my dog suffer the way he did. I am disgusted that our pet was left to suffer so they could milk us for more and more money. And I would definitely not recommend this practice to anyone! See More

No stone is left unturned in diagnosing any problems and the nursing staff make sure that all the care in the world is given to all of their charges no matter what sort of treatment they require. We have been on a search for a new vet that shows the same devotion and love towards our fur babies and was glad when Flinders View came highly recommended. We have had a few visits now and each time our dogs are treated as VIPs and nothing is too big or too small for them to check out. The dogs are always wagging their tails as we leave after a visit and I can walk out knowing all the information on them we need because the staff here are beyond awesome!

Just took my dog here for the first time to get her annual booster and health check. The staff are lovely and so welcoming, prices are reasonable (about middle of the range for Ipswich vets), they are very informative and thorough, and not overly busy if you're looking for a vet that is a little quieter than the norm. And most importantly, my dog loved them! :)

All of the staff are lovely and my 2 cats and my baby Rocky (my dog) absolutely love coming to the vet, they are friendly warm and very welcoming. On another note Dr Andrew is a genius, he's thorough and gives the absolute best care for our fur babies. Dr Kat who is a new vet at the the practice is also amazing and has been so lovely, professional and such a lovely human approach. Dr Maz, the vet nurses and reception girls are equally amazing and just so easy to deal with during sometimes very difficult times. Even if I moved back to Brisbane I would drive to Flinders View to take the fur babies to the vet!!

We have been on a search for a new vet that shows the same devotion and love towards our fur babies and was glad when Flinders View came highly recommended. We have had a few visits now and each time our dogs are treated as VIPs and nothing is too big or too small for them to check out. The dogs are always wagging their tails as we leave after a visit and I can walk out knowing all the information on them we need because the staff here are beyond awesome!

Just took my dog here for the first time to get her annual booster and health check. The staff are lovely and so welcoming, prices are reasonable (about middle of the range for Ipswich vets), they are very informative and thorough, and not overly busy if you're looking for a vet that is a little quieter than the norm. And most importantly, my dog loved them! :)

All of the staff are lovely and my 2 cats and my baby Rocky (my dog) absolutely love coming to the vet, they are friendly warm and very welcoming. On another note Dr Andrew is a genius, he's thorough and gives the absolute best care for our fur babies. Dr Kat who is a new vet at the the practice is also amazing and has been so lovely, professional and such a lovely human approach. Dr Maz, the vet nurses and reception girls are equally amazing and just so easy to deal with during sometimes very difficult times. Even if I moved back to Brisbane I would drive to Flinders View to take the fur babies to the vet!!
