Great for Charlie the dog when he had to be unzipped to remove a corn cob that had plugged him up. Always friendly.
Priced a bit more but I'd say worth it. If your dog isn't into Chinese spices and homoeopathic pain killers then probably not your place. Having said this they do use proper vet tactics so your animal is in good hands!

I am so grateful for having found the Natural Vets and the care and compassion by Dr Henry and the wonderful Vet Nurses. The support provided was unsurpassed and am ever so thankful of Dr Henry's support during the past few months whilst dealing with my female Border Collie's terminal cancer. The peaceful ending to her life recently with a home euthanasia service made it a much less stressful event. I look forward to revisiting the team with a new puppy & starting its life on the right track with good nutrition & natural therapies.

I had a phone consult with Dr Natalie a few weeks ago as I live several hours away. I have 3 dogs but the consult was for my small 10yo dog who has some skin issues and a cough. He also seemed to be slowing down and getting old I was impressed with how thorough Dr Natalie was, and how well she explained everything, and I really liked that I could get started on positive changes with his diet right away as it would take time to create his treatment plan and send me his natur...al medications (which will arrive this week, yay!). My dogs didn't have a bad diet before their diet change. They got fed one meal a day which was quality raw, lean meat of a night time with vets all natural. They would get a grain free processed meal 1-2 times a week, the odd bone, and then bits and pieces of our food (toast, dessert, muesli bar). Dr Natalie gave me a lot of information and tips to change their diet. For the last 2 weeks they have all been getting puréed vegetables of a morning (which I never thought they would eat but they have come to love!), and raw, lean meat of an evening, with 1 raw egg a week, offal once a week, and sardines once a week. We have cut out all table scraps too! Before their diet change I thought they drank a healthy amount of water. Since their diet change their water consumption has been cut by 75% their kidneys must be so happy! They all have more energy, and there is no more waking us up during the night to go to the toilet from all of that water! My 9yo small dog is enjoying running around and playing with her toys (which she would rarely do). It's not possible to forget to feed them their breakfast of vegetables as they remind me if I don't! I was told what veggies to add, what ones should be raw and how to cook the others, so there was no confusion. I cannot wait to try the natural medications and other products I've purchased. I just can't believe the changes in 2 weeks from diet alone! Thank you Dr Natalie and the Natural Vets! I will definitely be a permanent customer now as I love the idea of treating my pets naturally, and I know that if western medicine was needed that it is also available. I have no doubt that my precious dogs will live a longer, happier and healthier life's as a result of these changes. Thank you! Ver mais

Cannot thank Renee enough for her help with my little kelpie Ally. After a bit of a scare with some sudden mystery swellings and a very unhappy dog, Ally was treated for a suspected snakebite. Today, my happy, life-loving girl is back to her normal self and the lumps have disappeared almost as quickly as they showed up. I couldn't be happier with the decision to bring Ally in, and having only recently moved to the Sunshine Coast I am stoked to have found a wonderful vet right from the get-go. Ally and I both thank you all enormously!

We cannot thank Dr Renee, Dr Henry and their team, particularly Nurse Tammy for saving our lovely Burmese Lulus life. We relocated from Sydney to the Sunshine Coast in September 2015 and, immediately on arriving, Lulu became very ill. Thanks to Renees expert care and fast diagnosis, she was able to operate and remove a large mass from Lulus abdomen which literally saved her. Throughout her stays in hospital and post operatively, Renee and Tammy lovingly cared for Lulu and followed up regularly to see how she was after we brought her home. Lulu is thirteen and still has a long road back to full health, and Henry has been instrumental in helping her through this period with a holistic treatment regime including traditional acupuncture, laser acupuncture and homeopathy. I was delighted to find a veterinary practice which uses a holistic approach and limits the unnecessary use of drugs in favour of alternate therapies when appropriate, and have no hesitation in recommending them to care for your loved animals. They are a wonderful team and Lulu still purrs happily when she visits the surgery!

Dr Henry, Dr Renee and the team at The Natural Vets are amazingly devoted. They genuinely care about the animals they treat and strive for a lasting cure when other vets are simply managing symptoms....

We have been customers for 20 years, in this time Henry has cared for our 5 Cavaliers. I have a Cav with SM and the results with on going treatment in the last four years have given my girl Penny a better quality of life and her seizures are now only occasional. Henry and his dedicated Team are truly outstanding in providing the very best in Veterinary care.

Cannot thank Renee enough for her help with my little kelpie Ally. After a bit of a scare with some sudden mystery swellings and a very unhappy dog, Ally was treated for a suspected snakebite. Today, my happy, life-loving girl is back to her normal self and the lumps have disappeared almost as quickly as they showed up. I couldn't be happier with the decision to bring Ally in, and having only recently moved to the Sunshine Coast I am stoked to have found a wonderful vet right from the get-go. Ally and I both thank you all enormously!

We cannot thank Dr Renee, Dr Henry and their team, particularly Nurse Tammy for saving our lovely Burmese Lulus life. We relocated from Sydney to the Sunshine Coast in September 2015 and, immediately on arriving, Lulu became very ill. Thanks to Renees expert care and fast diagnosis, she was able to operate and remove a large mass from Lulus abdomen which literally saved her. Throughout her stays in hospital and post operatively, Renee and Tammy lovingly cared for Lulu and followed up regularly to see how she was after we brought her home. Lulu is thirteen and still has a long road back to full health, and Henry has been instrumental in helping her through this period with a holistic treatment regime including traditional acupuncture, laser acupuncture and homeopathy. I was delighted to find a veterinary practice which uses a holistic approach and limits the unnecessary use of drugs in favour of alternate therapies when appropriate, and have no hesitation in recommending them to care for your loved animals. They are a wonderful team and Lulu still purrs happily when she visits the surgery!
