Forest Lake Village Greencross. I had to make the hardest decision last week in letting my 6yr old Boston Terrier " Elton " pass over the Rainbow bridge. He had a brain tumour and the seizures weren't stopping. Caroline my vet and her assistants are wonderful and so caring. In fact Elton was in Animal Emergency for the weekend and we took him out to go to our vet as he loved them and always gave them a big sloopy kiss and he wanted to say goodbye. We were all crying including Caroline . I have always gone to Caroline with all my pets over many years and will continue to do so. I cant thank them enough for the care and compassion they have always shown my fur babies. Read Less

Not impressed if pet health is there number 1 priority.
We took our dogs to the vets as usual for there flea and tick prevention plus there anal glands. We take the flea and tick medication home with us to give at a later time due to the anxiety the dogs have when visiting the vets. On this occasion the vets did the Anal glands and went ahead a gave the flea and tick medication. 10 minutes after leaving the vets, one dog threw the tablets up. We called the vets instantly and was instructed to come back to see them. They advised we should get more medication and they charged us $75 for it!! I believe this to be unacceptable and a bit rich considering we normally take it home and it happened just after the visit. Well that's more money to Greencross Vets where pets come first!! Read Less
