I recently had my beloved dog put down at this vet clinic and surprisingly was very disappointed in the lack of sympathy shown towards me at my time of grief and the lack of explaining things to me, as soon as I put my boy on the table he put the needle in and told me to say goodbye and left the room and never came back! I’ve always gone to this vet clinic but this experience changed my mind a little 😔

Agree with what these people have said recently. Have attended RVC for past 25 years and found staff very understanding and friendly. 2 of the furbabies have been put to sleep with them and Miss 18 year old will be next . Not looking forward to it but know they will be caring when the time comes. Yesterday after a week in cattery she was delivered back there and then dropped home by Nurse Tracie just so i could have the girl home earlier than waiting another day. Vets and all staff wonderful. Love them.

Lovely staff !! Highly Recommended!! My dog just had major surgery today to remove tumours and the cost was so reasonable compared to what I've been quoted by other vets almost half the price of others I could not believe the price difference I thought for sure after surgery for what ever reason that the price would have gone up but nope not a cent more, only just realised tonight that they trimmed her toe nails and removed 2 teeth that needed removing at no extra cost what's so ever that in it self was going to cost me a arm and a leg at the other vet in a few weeks down the track and these guys done it for free unbelievable !!! I was shocked at how other vets can get away with charging almost double its redicilous !!

I recently had my beloved dog put down at this vet clinic and surprisingly was very disappointed in the lack of sympathy shown towards me at my time of grief and the lack of explaining things to me, as soon as I put my boy on the table he put the needle in and told me to say goodbye and left the room and never came back! I’ve always gone to this vet clinic but this experience changed my mind a little 😔
