VET? WARNING°° DR Janice PACKER Graduated 1981 and not worked on the job for over 20years. NEARLY KILLED MY PET just traumatizing her UNSUCCESSFULLY even inserting a catheter or taking blood samples. My poor dog is so traumatized and in so much visible pain all for a simple DENTAL CLEANING that was booked and couldnt be done. NEVER NEVER TAKE YOUR ANIMALS here unless you would like them used as "TEST" LAB ANIMALS, Im so upset and shocked at the incapable VET and am making official complaints as I don't believe the vet has any current experience on the job or recent work experience since gaining a Certificate in 1981.

My one and only bug bear is I wish they were at my end of town because I swear that I have never met a vet with the passion, dedication and care that Sherene possesses. Eric has been hydro bathing our Labrador, Oliver, for quite a while now. Oliver just loves it when Eric visits and to-day I was wondering why Oliver was standing at the front screen jumping around and wagging his tail, and I looked out and saw that Eric had just pulled up outside. I cannot recommend Eric high enough he goes out of his way to ensure that all of Oliver's needs are met and he has given us very sound advice in regards to Oliver health requirements. It says a lot when your dog looks forward to Eric's visits.

A big Thank You to the very helpful and understanding staff who came out to my car and actually helped me get my two crazy staffy pups safely into the vet when they seen me struggle, being pregnant it's not easy being towed along by a 7 month old America staffy. So to have someone come and offer help is truly incredible. My pups then ran a small riot in the vet being super happy to be there and jumping all over everyone and at no point did I feel judged. Everyone was laughing and I was positively reassured. I travel a fair way to get to this vet and I highly recommend them to anybody. If they can laugh along with my crazy duo they can do anything.

Moved to Pelican Waters about 6 months ago with the two dogs. Found Dr Ernie just down the road at the shopping centre. Both dogs have been there now one for minor treatment the other after a cane toad poisoning. Ernie is very caring and thorough. Rang back the next day to check on Molly after her cane toad experience. Would highly recommend him to anyone.
PS He is also very reasonable with his prices.

I run Ultimate Pet Care Sunshine Coast, based in Pelican Waters, a local pet care business. I went down to meet Dr Ernie when they first opened and was extremely impressed by his caring attitude and professionalism. Their premises are modern, immaculately clean, with state of the art equipment. I decided to give him a try. Since then Dr Ernie has looked after many of the animals we care for and he has been brilliant. He is also very reasonably priced and offers payment plans - to him it is all about the welfare of the animals. As I look after lots of different animals, I often have questions and he is always happy to discuss any concerns I have with me over the phone. I really can't recommend him highly enough. His partner Annette and their vet nurse are also fantastic and we really appreciate all the helpful advice you have given us. Just sorry I can't give 10 stars!!

I run Ultimate Pet Care Sunshine Coast, based in Pelican Waters, a local pet care business. I went down to meet Dr Ernie when they first opened and was extremely impressed by his caring attitude and professionalism. Their premises are modern, immaculately clean, with state of the art equipment. I decided to give him a try. Since then Dr Ernie has looked after many of the animals we care for and he has been brilliant. He is also very reasonably priced and offers payment plans - to him it is all about the welfare of the animals. As I look after lots of different animals, I often have questions and he is always happy to discuss any concerns I have with me over the phone. I really can't recommend him highly enough. His partner Annette and their vet nurse are also fantastic and we really appreciate all the helpful advice you have given us. Just sorry I can't give 10 stars!!
