As other people have stated, hide your wallet, coz when it comes to bill time you will get a shock. We got charged $56 just for the vet to look at our pups blood under a microscope to be told shes fine, which we already knew, then the other fees which all piled up. They try and build the bill up every time, never again will I go there!! They used to be good, now its all about the money!! Read Less

Would never recommend. Went in with an ear condition which I knew was thrush because it has its own very distinct smell. Vet insisted on cytology (ear scrape), and then proscribed a general antibiotic ear drop that treats everything. So why bother with the scope in the first place?? Charged heavily for both. Also insisted on cleaning anal glands even though there have been absolutely no problems or smell. And charged extra for it! Even after excreted them there was NO odour. So what exactly is the $70 consult for? Took this dog here on behalf of a friend. The vet didn't even read any of her file from previous visits. All in all, paid $253 for a all round generic ear antibiotic. Read Less
