Dr Pieter has been the absolute best support for me and my dog Marley. He is understanding, takes time to explain things to you and has the biggest heart for his patients. Through some hard times and tough decisions he made the process so much easier and really looked after my Marley. Pieter and the team are always happy to answer any questions you have and ensure they get the best care. Marley actually seemed to enjoy her vet visits and I couldn't recommend them enough to take care of your fur babies.

I can't say enough positive things about the team at this clinic. We have been going there for many years with our girl and I have never had a bad experience from any of the staff. The 2 vets Peter and Ella are the most wonderful, caring and knowledgeable people you will ever meet, Monica the Practice Manager and the reception team are just as amazing. They go above and beyond to make your animal and you feel better, if only they treated humans as well. They don't overcharge or push products onto you and your animal is treated like it's their own. They don't rush you out the door either. The staff there are truly special people and i'd do anything for them. I drive a long way from a remote area just to see them. Greencross have a program called Healthy Pets Plus that is very affordable, it's designed so your animal gets the right care that it needs every year, it's well worth looking into if you haven't already. I could go on for hours on how special this clinic is. Thank you so much to the team for your care with Fusion. The 3 of us will never forget you guys

I booked my dog in for a vet check consult and nails clip. I had a $50 voucher in which covers some of the consult.
I paid 15 which wasn't a problem. But I was annoyed that my dog was taken out back without me. And the female behind the counter did his nails without even me there to supervise. I went in hope in finding a good compassionate vet who would take the time to do a briefing on my dogs temperament,as he stresses.
My dig had not been well and I was rushed out the door.
Your vet practices really need an overhaul. So disappointed. Glad I didn't get charged $65 for just the clipping.
Going to find another vet service that deems to care more about my dog than a fast buck.

They sent me reminders a week late for appointments I'd already been to and texts to confirm a cancelled appointment 2 weeks after it should have happened I did not feel comfortable trusting the care of my family member to them

I booked my dog in for a vet check consult and nails clip. I had a $50 voucher in which covers some of the consult.
