The care they give to Fred is fantastic. They always talk to him, give him a pat, and care about him. They're great at explaining things so we understand what's happening to him as he gets on in life....

Its a really upsetting time when you have to take your beloved pet in for treatment to a vet, but to be "second guessed" and not listened to is the worst. Really disappointing :-(
