The Ipswich CBD Veterinary clinic offered me only the best treatment for my dog that was suffering parvo. The veterinarian is experienced in his field and was very knowledgable at every stage of the treatment, he provided me with much needed advice for my dogs situation whenever i needed it and was genuinly intent on helping my dogs condition. Not only did he help me with very affordable medicine but when i asked about a chinese medicine i had researched he went above and beyond by researching it himself and providing me with the proper formulae i had asked about. Ultimately i could not be happier with the outcome of the treatment and my experience at the Ipswich CBD Vet as my dog survived without any major toll being taken on him. 10/10 in my books. I do not agree with Alicia you can not give out a diagnosis over the phone with any animal they have to see the animal, it would make the vet liable if something happened, duty of care to take your pets into the vet if you think something harmful could be wrong, you use the phone to make an appointment not a diagnosis. My husband and I took our big puppy of 2 years old that has been suffering from a painful skin condition, immediately he got his treatment and is on his way to recovery, he treated brax very kindly and friendly my dog did not want to leave! Rude & very horrible to deal with. I was told "I'd don't have time to waste on a telephone call", go call somebody else. I called explaining my problem with my concern about my puppy, I didn't want to be a pain in the but & take up precious time if it wasn't needed in clinic. Only to be told upon calling... I don't have time for your call & call somebody else.! If this is the way you treat people calling your clinic for your service I'd hate to see how you treat the animals that come in. Read Less
