So really pissed off, entire family affected. They offered paw prints of our family member that had to be put down. Posted it normal cheap no way to track, not registered post, not express where somet...
So really pissed off, entire family affected. They offered paw prints of our family member that had to be put down. Posted it normal cheap no way to track, not registered post, not express where something so important could be tracked. Could of called us to let us know it was there to pickup and of course it was lost.
We now do not have that momentum of our family member that was going to be placed on a nice walnut wood stand we had made with her collar to remember her by. Entire family is upset, this is not just loosing a letter or postcard. This was a memento of our family member. Will never use these vets again for our other pets. The attitude from people who are supposed to care is terrible, we posted it cheap way and it got lost bad luck. Why would i trust them with my other pets, why would you!

We've been taking our dogs here for just over 10 years and love it. The staff are lovely, accommodating and care about our pets through the good times and the deeply heartbreaking. We've recommended Wellpets (previously ANZAC Ave Vets) to lots of friends and family. Thanks guys !!!

This Vet surgery has looked after my puppies since they were 12 weeks old right up until a combined 85kg of bodyweight. They are fantastic.

We had been looking for a good vet for years for our pet dog, Solly (we call her Sol). Seemed none of the vets we had used understood how much Sol meant to us, so when Sol started going to Simon's practice we were delighted with the results. He's a kind hearted, caring bloke, he treats Sol like his own, and we feel when she is there that she will receive the best care possible. Highly recommended!!!!!

Benny was a very unwell cat when I took him to Simon. His signs and symptoms were varied and it took several tests to ascertain the cause of his illness. Simon described everything in a way I could un...
Benny was a very unwell cat when I took him to Simon. His signs and symptoms were varied and it took several tests to ascertain the cause of his illness. Simon described everything in a way I could understand and the care given not only to Benny but to me (and my emotions) as well was excellent. I am so grateful to Simon and all the staff for their kindness at such a stressful time and I am pleased to say Benny is improving well.

Great vet clinic with professional, caring staff. Vet actually remembers pet and medical history between 6 month visits. Either good record keeping or cares about patients. Probably both.

We have been bringing our much loved pets to Wellpets for over 10 years now and we would never go any where else.The staff are always very very friendly and Simon is always understanding and genuinely very caring of his patients.When our much loved beagle passed away we got a really lovely card from everyone and we thought that was special.I will continue to recommend.

Wellpets is one of the best and finest vet clinic I have ever had encountered with, its my first time I've had a dog and glad my first experience was very positive. Normally I would give this Vet Clinic a 5 star but have a major gripe at the moment.
I rang to make an appointment for Saturday, but was told it was fully booked. I was offered Sunday instead - I even checked to make sure Sunday was not just for emergencies and was told "No, Sunday is for regular visits". So I made the appointment for my son and his dog. He came home to complain that he was charged $20 more for Sunday appointment. I SHOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD. Her injections were not due until next weekend, so would not have made a difference for me to make an appointment then. After 15years of using this (as Anzac Ave Vet also), I have never had a problem, but I am very angry at the moment.

So really pissed off, entire family affected. They offered paw prints of our family member that had to be put down. We had been looking for a good vet for years for our pet dog, Solly (we call her Sol). Seemed none of the vets we had used understood how much Sol meant to us, so when Sol started going to Simon's practice we were delighted with the results. Benny was a very unwell cat when I took him to Simon. His signs and symptoms were varied and it took several tests to ascertain the cause of his illness.
