Distressful experience with this clinic, upselling services and products my pets did not need. At one point it got so bad that I complained the the manager, Veronica, who did not listen to a word a said. Took the side of her vet. Out of all the vets at the clinic there was only 1 decent person. The remainder had horrible bed side manners ( dragged my poor pet on the floor while still foggy from drugs after surgery, even though I told them to put my pet in their bed that was supplied) and could not calculate discounts properly on their calculator as part of the healthy pets program they promote. Be aware of such behaviours and report it. The manager must take responsibility for her staffs’ behaviour. Zero stars. Read Less

The first visit was fine. Everyone was nice. It was just for a normal round of shots. But, we used their after hours hospital t On Saturday and it was terrible. We brought our puppy in because he was lying around crying in pain. He sometimes struggled to walk. We brought him in and the vet lifted up his legs, looked at his gums and checked his stools. Then she said if he's pooping and eating then he's fine and there was nothing wrong with him and maybe he ate something he wasn't supposed to. Fast forward to a day later, he's not any better. We took him to a different vet. This vet examined him more thoroughly and took more time to look him over. She pressed along his spine and found out he had strained a muscle pretty badly. It took her no time at all to figure this out. She gave him a shot and inflammatories. Now he's on bed rest. I know vets aren't perfect, but she was very dismissive of what we were trying to tell her. When we left we didn't feel like she had really put forth much effort and we kept second guessing her examination. We are so happy that we got a second opinion, but what a waste of $135 we spent here. Read Less

I'm a Healthy Pets Plus member so when I moved to Lutwyche it was a logical choice to take my cat to this vet. Initially I wanted an urgent appointment and couldn't get one which was frustrating as my pet insurance is only through them (turned out eventually that my cat was fine) but for normal appointments and products they are great and always friendly. Good location with ample parking too which really is a bonus compared to some other vets I have used. Read Less
