I apologies to Greencross Vets Kenmore for my negative review and revoke it completely. Please disregard the negative feedback I previously left about the Cockatoo. I didn't realise how much pain the bird would have been in with the beak and feather disease. I thank them for euthanising the little one and stopping it being in anymore pain. I didn't understand the condition, but thank you for stepping in and saving him/her from further suffering. Read Less

Greencross Vets Kenmore (the others are fine but not Kenmore). I took a cockatoo in this morning with beak and feather disease. I left my number so they could call me - I would have paid to have the birds beak trimmed and some medicine to try and rehabilitate it but NO CALL THEY JUST KILLED IT. A pathetic excuse that it was too far gone. Considering it was eating out of my hand and had a good set of lungs I would say ... playing God ... or was it the money? Either way, not okay and I WILL NEVER EVER subject another animal to them. Read Less

This veterinary clinic bandaged our puppy’s leg so tight that when another veterinary clinic took the bandage off 2 days later his paw and toes were infected and swollen. Will be taking this further as we payed a lot of money for greencross Kenmore to see our puppy and they’ve caused great pain and suffering on him. As professionals and payed as one I thought I was getting the best care possible for my puppy. So disgusted that I handed so much money over for this kind of malpractice. Read Less

I arrived for a 10.50 appointment at 11am. I then sat there for 20 minutes until the vet came out to then say in front of the other clients that I had missed my appointment so I had to wait. And that they worked on an appointment basis system. There was absolutely no need to be spoken to in such a condescending manner. I was spoken to like a child. People can be late sometimes, for reasons out of their control. I then left because I thought there’s no way I’m having my dog be a patient at a clinic where you’re treated like a second class citizen for being late for an appointment. Read Less

I took in an injured bird that was found by the roadside. The staff were very caring. Any animals taken here will be in good hands.

Our dog was extremely ill on Saturday, 22 July 2017. On the previous day, we had made an appointment for her to be seen, but nothing was available until Monday, 24 July. As she was so ill on Saturday, we rang requesting an immediate appointment. No go; Green Cross would not accommodate us. The disappointing aspect of this was we belonged to Green Cross Healthy Pets Plus. While this does not purport itself to be loyalty program, it is just that. We expect loyalty is a two-way thing. Our dog was put down later on Saturday by the professional staff at the Animal Emergency Hospital at Jindalee. The future holds another dog and a new veterinary service. Read Less

My dog Ollie has a lot of trouble during vet visits, he becomes extremely anxious. Dr Julie Cox spend a great deal of time trying different approaches until one worked. He had his needle without a flinch, and was eating out of her hand and having pats by the end of the visit - he usually hates vets. I would highly recommend Julie, she really went the extra mile and was very knowledgeable. Read Less

Dr Julie Cox, Veterinary Director at this clinic is such a beautiful vet and helped us through the journey of letting our old dog go at the right time. All of the care we've had at Greencross at Kenmore has been great, but Julie really showed exemplary practice and care when we and our beloved 16 y.o. Mitzi needed it at the end of her life.
