Good surgery, excellent location. The lass at reception is lovely; nothing is too much trouble for her. Have taken the cat in for a check up then popped into harbour town afterwards while my husband waited with the cat.

I wish i had read some of these terrible reviews b4 coming here.
I took my bird here she died straight after Dr Charlene koh- i believe gave her an unnecessary proceedure they are all about money here...

I took my bird here she died straight after Dr Charlene koh- i believe gave her an unnecessary proceedure they are all about money here not what is in the best interest of the animal and the proof is in the pudding because i was overcharged also!
The next day i phoned this vet because i was angry & upset not only did my bird die i needed to dispute the bill that seemed excessive.
When i rang i spoke to the owner he was rude and kept raising his voice and overtaking me, very unprofessional & care factor for my bird was nonexistent!
I got some money back a very small amount because they finally admit i was overcharged.

Prepare to pay up to $250 per visit. 2/3 visits not enough staff and usually wait up to 40mins. I agree with the other reviews, tends to be about the $$$. Was told my pup needed to get teeth immediately cleaned within three days, ears flushed because of a prior problem and a culture done and sent elsewhere for up to $500 per ear. Went to another vet for a second opinion and they said her teeth were fine-didn’t even have gingivitis and could wait several months before getting a clean. Had to just stop using the ear medication she was on that I was told to keep using and her ears would be fine. She was only given some tablets to take for two weeks - a week in and her ears are now perfectly fine.

They took excellent care of my dog after she got a nasty cut on her foot. They were really caring and I could tell my dog was in good hands. Really good service from Dr Robert, Dr Charlene and the compassionate nurses. Would highly recommend Arundel Vet Surgery - they are excellent.

I tend to agree with the other one star reviewers. Whilst I'm not against making money i am against unrequired procedures. I would not recommend this surgery to anyone that actually cares about their animal unless you want it euthanised which I'm sure is about thw only thing they can actually get right. Butchers!

After a recent bad experience with another local vet ,I took my rats for treatment at Arundel Vets and it was a very positive experience,I felt they cared about my pet despite being a rodent and gave good advice plus treatment for my other rats and price was very reasonable also ! I will be passing on a recommendation to my fellow rat lovers

Our Bichon, Beau, has blood cancer reported to us after tumor removal. We visited with Dr Robert and had an ultrasound done. We are pleased with the support we received and the good news is that the cancer has not shown any return. The price paid to find out the current status of our Beau was worth the payment. Have been taking our animals to Robert and his team for several years now and can honestly say they have always been professional, friendly and supportive. This year was an especially sad year for us as not one but both our dogs got cancer within a shot time of each other. Robert was very quick in diagnosing and referring us to all treatment options. Sadly both dogs had very aggressive cancers but right to the end the staff at this surgery supported us and our beautiful dogs. We never felt rushed and all questions were answered. Support was not limited to only business hours either.

Bella had just finished her first round of laser therapy (5 sessions) and we have noticed a huge difference in her mobility and pain levels. She is moving a lot more freely and is able to run around a play more with her fur sister Shadow. I have even been able to cut back on her antiinflammatory medications. To Dr Robert, Dr Jessica and all the wonderful nursing staff a big thank you for introducing this treatment option in your practice!

Fantastic service & care from the lovely vet, Jessica & assistant Chloe. Our poor dog, Brian, had an open wound which just 'appeared' today. I have no clue how he got it. After being rejected by 3 other vets as they were too busy, Arundel Vet told me to bring him. As soon as I arrived the vet came out of the consulting room to check the wound and the level of bleeding. Brian was rushed into surgery and is now resting comfortably at home. Vet Jessica explained all the procedures, the best course of action and made me feel at ease and I was treated with respect and the highest levels of customer service. Thank you to all at Arundel Vet Surgery.

My cat had a tick and one phone call later I was told to come straight down. Even though the surgery was extremely busy with other patients and procedures scheduled for the day my cat was in and cared for as soon as we walked through the door. He received immediate care and stayed with them over night. The whole time throughout the day i was kept informed on how my little mate was doing and the following morning he was up and about ready to get up to his usual tricks. Thanks again for all the care Rocko received during his tick incident.

Fantastic service & care from the lovely vet, Jessica & assistant Chloe. Our poor dog, Brian, had an open wound which just 'appeared' today. I have no clue how he got it. After being rejected by 3 other vets as they were too busy, Arundel Vet told me to bring him. As soon as I arrived the vet came out of the consulting room to check the wound and the level of bleeding. Brian was rushed into surgery and is now resting comfortably at home. My cat had a tick and one phone call later I was told to come straight down. Even though the surgery was extremely busy with other patients and procedures scheduled for the day my cat was in and cared for as soon as we walked through the door.
