Paris the receptionist is rude and very unpleasant absolutely can not stand dealing with her!
Dr Chris the owner is arrogant he saw my mouse and was acting like it was beneath him to help her, yet he charged me full price consultation for about 3min of his time and a misdiagnosis of her with her lump that was a cancer not an infection which is what he treated her for.

Dr Chris the owner is arrogant he saw my mouse and was acting like it was beneath him to help her, yet he charged me full price consultation for about 3min of his time and a misdiagnosis of her with her lump that was a cancer not an infection which is what he treated her for.

Have been taking my pets here over 20 years. No problem is too small. A very caring team who keep you fully informed and don't charge exorbitant prices.

Terrible customer service. Lady at the front desk extremely unpleasant. Appointment haven't been recorded at our kitten couldn't get vaccinated. Even though we proved we called and made an appointment and spoke with the vet no sorry, no apology, just rudeness. Won't definitely come back

I popped in this morning with no appointment as I was worried about my dog's stitches. They checked, cleaned and dressed his leg, then provided me with the materials to do it myself. All this care and support came free of charge- you really can't get better service than that!
