Elsa was amazing with Bobby's care, doing her absolute best with his treatment. All the staff were supportive through all the tests and subsequent operation he endured to find in the end that there was nothing more that could be done for him. Bobby decided when his time was up and he slipped into the long grass and passed away peacefully.Thankyou Elsa for your kindness and compassion - you are a wonderful vet and a credit to your profession. We have shopped around quite a bit to find the best vet in the Lockyer Valley and I think we have found that in Laidley Vets. They told us more about what is affecting my dog than any other we have been to so far and the quality of care my dog has received is outstanding, they give her the most important thing, love. Price was unbeatable by other vets. Read Less

After moving to the country and finally getting ourselves a little pup, we were recommended to see the folks at Laidley Vet Surgery. So glad we did! We've taken him to them for all of his check ups, treatments, chicken bone scares and yes, once he reached the required age, even the "big snip" was performed by Keri and the crew. Nothing is ever too much trouble and their follow-up service is exceptional. A truly caring team who are always glad to hear how your little ones (or bigger ones) are doing. Big thanks to Keri, Anna and the rest of the team from myself, my wife and of course, little Nugget! 🙂 Read Less

On another's recommendation took my little dog for an assessment. Excellent service. Professional and compassionate. Tried everything to find cause of change in her before visit. Dr Keri listened, queried & made her diagnosis which all made sense... an answer at last. Another vet missed this! With this diagnosis and understanding we are able to make a few changes to keep a very much loved adopted little dog happier and secure in her "twilight years". Have already recommended this vet clinic to friends. 🐶 Read Less

They are great to deal with and always there to help. I had to get my cat euthanized and they sent me a card of sympathy for him. Really considerate, never happened before from other vets.

Keri Kelly has been Harry's vet since he was six weeks old and had his first check up. Harry is our beloved Border Collie and is now nearly 13. Even though Harry and his Dad have retired from working, and we now live in Toowoomba, I could not take Harry anywhere else. He knows, trusts and loves Keri. Keri then did not own the Laidley surgery, but she'd turn up on time in her old station wagon, kids in tow, and often treated Harry (amongst other animals) in the back yard. She has saved our pet calf and a half dead Angus friends were going to shoot. She has had to put down one of our old horses and there have been many other situations that she has handled with special care; us being original city folk and all. Keri now has Laidley Surgery and as we now only have Harry, that is where I still take him. Keri and her team are amazing. Harry loves her; Warren and I have only total respect for her care in her dealings with all our animals. Read Less
