They failed to acknowledge that the tablets my dog was given after her being spayed caused constipation. My dog was constipated from the day she came home, yet wgen i went back to tell them they denied that the tablets was the cause - this is totally untrue, their nain concern fir my dog was putting cream on ger front leg were it was shaved????? Just inexperienced and i will be avoiding ALL green cross vets in future.

Quoted 'about $1000' which turned into $1530 upon consult for aural heamatoma of the ear in our dog. Didn't even mention possible cause of infection. Unitemized quote. Went elsewhere, got an itemized ...
Quoted 'about $1000' which turned into $1530 upon consult for aural heamatoma of the ear in our dog. Didn't even mention possible cause of infection. Unitemized quote. Went elsewhere, got an itemized quote for $510 and the cause of infection, surgery booked next day. Gets 2 stars for at least not charging initial consult but way overpriced for surgery.

They treated our beautiful lorikeet who had an awful acid sulphuric elevated and a bird virus to top it up!

Excellent staff and service. I swapped from Greencross Moorooka and have not looked back. Healthy Pets Plus plan saves me thousands of $ every year. Excellent vet.

They failed to acknowledge that the tablets my dog was given after her being spayed caused constipation. My dog was constipated from the day she came home, yet wgen i went back to tell them they denied that the tablets was the cause - this is totally untrue, their nain concern fir my dog was putting cream on ger front leg were it was shaved?????
