NOT HAPPY - My husband and I bought our Multese Shih Tuz dog in for an ear infection that turned into Meningitis. After several trips to the Vet over a month, a couple visits were after midnight - our dog was in pain and we were sent home with us saying that HE IS IN PAIN, the last visit he was actually having a seizer he stayed the night and then we had to take him to Underwood emergency hospital on a drip. After paying approx $3.500 on all our visits to be sent home - I don't know why the boss didn't send him to the appropriate hospital instead of calling our dog a woos because he cried when a needle hurt him - Yes he IS IN PAIN. Underwood hospital were shocked as to how we could do this to a dog, so we have paid $13,000 for our dog to survive. A few months later our dog got sick and was throwing up, I said that the symptoms were totally different to when he had Meningitis and I said to the vet that we now have pet insurance and not to say its related to preexisting condition and they did so now we had to pay another $300 for a dog having a stomachache. Yes, Highway Robbery which I have heard from a few people, we asked for a bit of a refund from all they first miss diagnosis's but NO and we still have to pay from more guessing when we now have pet insurance. A BIG '0' rating from me!!!!!!!!!!!

There should be an option for negative stars. STAY AWAY IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET
Took Gobi, our 5 year old Golden Retriever there 2.30PM Sunday as he was vomiting and had the runs. They talked us into keeping him overnight and charged us $550 deposit. Around midnight they called to say he had run away whilst they were walking him. 2 hours later around 2am I found him. Covered in blood curled up on the nature strip 2km's away from Super Vet.
We took him back to SupaVet where he was washed, then we took him home. At there suggestion.
We were told they would call us at 8.30am to see how he was going - 11.00 AM AND NO ONE HAS CALLED.
We took him to another Vet as he was still sick. They called SuperVets to get his bloods - they said they could not find any record of him yet they charged us for Bloods.
NEVER AGAIN - incompetent.

The staff are exceptional every time I have had to take my animals there one for euthanasia as she was at the end of her frail old life, they have a mobile service Monday to Friday, they never close so i can call at any time for appointments or advice even. There is now a second clinic on the north side of Brisbane now. I highly recommend this clinic.

Absolutely brilliant service and quality of care. My husband and I are both in the health industry and while we always go above and beyond for our patients, it is VERY infrequent that we (or in this case our dog) experience that same level of care in return. We were blown away by the professional nature, expertise, knowledge and quality of care at SuperVets when our dog was ill and had to be looked after. We cannot speak highly enough of Dr Bec - excellent job and keep up the good work :) It may be more expensive but as the old saying goes, you get what you pay for....

I had been with supervets for a long until my husband commented on how their prices do not justify there work. I then tried giving them another go, but couldn't get past the receptionist manner on both occasions. If you are going to charge high prices you must have good service right from the start. Very uncaring natures.

My partner took the dog in and was told he should have his teeth cleaned at the same time so save cost... Could be a couple of extractions in there and wont be any more than $2000.00!!!!! WHAT???? I have fought with them regarding price on the phone before but this is the last time. We took our dog and will never return. Absolutely offended.

From the front desk team to the vets themselves, the staff at SuperVets are warm, caring and attentive. They take time to explain the why and how behind any concerns or suggestions they have or the medical procedures your pet may have to go through. Plus, our dog is now actually excited by a vet visit - be it at the clinic or through the convenient home visit. This must he due to him remembering the great care he received from SuperVets when he was gravely ill a few years ago.

Much better and cheaper than another vet we went to and didn't get us to do any of the useless scans that other vets said were "needed", when you could feel the problem with your hand. I have been with Dr Anthony and Dr Ray at SuperVets since the beginning of their Company and have got to say how fantastic this Business is.
My four pets, Bonnie, Hamish, Jazz and Bella have had the best treatment and care ever.
The home visits has been really outstanding. The cats didn't' like travelling to the vet but having a vet visit at home makes all the difference. My dogs loved to visit the clinic as there is always someone to say hi to them and the love the car ride as well.
Dr Anthony, Dr Ray and the whole team make you and your pets feel part of the family. Having them 24 hours too is sensational.
I can't fault SuperVets at all.
If you are looking for caring and kind plus professional vets, this is the company for you.

After 2 years, 3 vets & countless months of wasted time doing 'food trials', the WONDERFUL Dr Ray successfully diagnosed our Labradoodle 'Jolie's' digestive problem first visit! (part of the tract simply did not function)> Together with tests administered by VSS Springwood, Dr Ray proved the diagnosis & set Jolie up on minimum medication & a special diet. Since then (2 years ago!) she has been 100%, she even enjoys eating now! On Good Friday evening Jolie had to have a lump removed from her jaw line. Dr Ray again took wonderful care of our anxious girl including sending me a text with pic after surgery to show me she was resting well. I can not recommend this surgery & Dr Ray highly enough. Dr Ray & the entire team are so caring, professional and go the extra mile every time. (As Jolie is so anxious Dr Ray let Jolie stay with me on the lounge for the administering of her pre-med, only taking her away when she was groggy & ok to go!!). Dr Ray usually comes to us at home for routine checks, he always takes the time to put Jolie at ease with a quick game of ball outside first. Just a really amazing team from start to finish! Thank you Supervets!!!!

We had troubles with Stella (Boxer) on Christmas Eve and we couldn't get into our regular vet as they were closed. Being such a busy period at the end of the year we phoned Supervets and were able to go in that afternoon to see a Dr. They quickly diagnosed Stella with a Haematoma in her ear along with a yeast infection that was never picked up by our previous vet (despite numerous visits). She was booked into surgery a few days after Christmas Day with Dr.Ray. A big thank you to all the team at Supervets Stella has recovered well and we were fortunate for a speedy consult and surgery over the Christmas period.

My beloved cat had emergency surgery to remove 2 tumours. Not only did my cat receive excellent care and immediate attention but I was given feedback and regular updates on his condition! My partner took the dog in and was told he should have his teeth cleaned at the same time so save cost... Could be a couple of extractions in there and wont be any more than $2000.00!!!!! WHAT???? I have fought with them regarding price on the phone before but this is the last time. We took our dog and will never return. Absolutely offended.

From the front desk team to the vets themselves, the staff at SuperVets are warm, caring and attentive. They take time to explain the why and how behind any concerns or suggestions they have or the medical procedures your pet may have to go through. Plus, our dog is now actually excited by a vet visit - be it at the clinic or through the convenient home visit. This must he due to him remembering the great care he received from SuperVets when he was gravely ill a few years ago.

I have been with Dr Anthony and Dr Ray at SuperVets since the beginning of their Company and have got to say how fantastic this Business is.
My four pets, Bonnie, Hamish, Jazz and Bella have had the best treatment and care ever.
The home visits has been really outstanding. The cats didn't' like travelling to the vet but having a vet visit at home makes all the difference. My dogs loved to visit the clinic as there is always someone to say hi to them and the love the car ride as well.
Dr Anthony, Dr Ray and the whole team make you and your pets feel part of the family. Having them 24 hours too is sensational.
I can't fault SuperVets at all.
If you are looking for caring and kind plus professional vets, this is the company for you.

After 2 years, 3 vets & countless months of wasted time doing 'food trials', the WONDERFUL Dr Ray successfully diagnosed our Labradoodle 'Jolie's' digestive problem first visit! (part of the tract simply did not function)> Together with tests administered by VSS Springwood, Dr Ray proved the diagnosis & set Jolie up on minimum medication & a special diet. Since then (2 years ago!) she has been 100%, she even enjoys eating now! On Good Friday evening Jolie had to have a lump removed from her jaw line. Dr Ray again took wonderful care of our anxious girl including sending me a text with pic after surgery to show me she was resting well. I can not recommend this surgery & Dr Ray highly enough. Dr Ray & the entire team are so caring, professional and go the extra mile every time. (As Jolie is so anxious Dr Ray let Jolie stay with me on the lounge for the administering of her pre-med, only taking her away when she was groggy & ok to go!!). Dr Ray usually comes to us at home for routine checks, he always takes the time to put Jolie at ease with a quick game of ball outside first. Just a really amazing team from start to finish! Thank you Supervets!!!!

We had troubles with Stella (Boxer) on Christmas Eve and we couldn't get into our regular vet as they were closed. Being such a busy period at the end of the year we phoned Supervets and were able to go in that afternoon to see a Dr. They quickly diagnosed Stella with a Haematoma in her ear along with a yeast infection that was never picked up by our previous vet (despite numerous visits). She was booked into surgery a few days after Christmas Day with Dr.Ray. A big thank you to all the team at Supervets Stella has recovered well and we were fortunate for a speedy consult and surgery over the Christmas period.

My beloved cat had emergency surgery to remove 2 tumours. Not only did my cat receive excellent care and immediate attention but I was given feedback and regular updates on his condition!
