Recently, I needed to have our very old and much loved cat "Fatty" euthanised. It was a difficult time for everyone. The empathy and compassion I felt at the time from the lovely young vet was very appreciated. Then today I received a personalised condolence card in the mail. Would have to say I'm very disappointed how they cut our ringneck parrots wings. The lady said they only cut one wing as they can learn to fly when both wings are cut. I got home from work to find a hacked wing which looked disgusting and way to short. My hubby said she used blunt scissors hence the look of it. I then was told to never cut just one wing as it makes them off balance and more likely to injure themselves. He was quite scared and shaking a lot and we could tell he was a bit off balance. We fixed up his other wing guided by a video demonstration. This wing turned out great as you only cut the flight feathers not the whole wing which is what they did. So now one wing looks hacked and the other looks perfect. Will be doing it ourselves from now on.

Just wanted to say a massive Thank you to the lovely ladies at Marburg Vets, I brought my baby in at 2.30am Monday morning with a tick, Ellie was absolutely amazing and I know she did everything humanly possible to save Ehlah. For three days she received the best attention and care anybody could ask for, even though heartbreakingly we lost her yesterday afternoon I'm comforted by the fact she didn't suffer and she had the best care available. Thank you to you all.

I was recommended by friends to try these vets just in case of an emergency. I found the vet o.k to deal with with. But the disgusting customers service from the front desk. All they are worried about was their fee. I had to work that morning after about 20 missed calls I paid the fee on my lunch break I asked how my dog was . He should be o.k. all of a sudden 20 mins later he was dying. When we arrived to put him down all they seem to care about was their next lot of fees and x-ray. I just wanted to say good by to my beloved friend after many years of loyal companionship . Which I had every intention of paying. A little more compassion guys" . It's just money to you . Though for the owners it's like loosing a family member. Maybe a good brush up on some people skills.

I would like to thank every single one of the girls at Marburg Vet Clinic for their support yesterday and even through the night offering advice and comfort. The love and care you showed for my Girl whilst she was in labor was second to none.
