AVOID This surgery is unable to correctly mix and calculate basic medication. After a consult they couldn’t even tell me what was wrong but advised my pet required 5 days of medication twice daily. I paid for the medication and returned home. When I went to use it I discovered it hadn’t been mixed correctly and was just powder. I rung them and they told me to mix water with it even though it would alter the dosage. 2 days into the treatment I discovered they also hadn’t given me enough medication for the 5 days. I rung them again and they said I would have to wait 3 days to get more. I waited and then returned to get the correct amount only to return home and again discovered they had only given me enough for 2 days. Eventually they discovered they had done the original calculations wrong and dispensed the wrong amount. I was told I had to return yet again to get more and they wanted to charge me an additional sum to do so. Absolutely appalling that they expect the customer to wear the cost of their mistakes . After the unbelievable error they made, the fact that I had to keep returning and my pet was stop starting medication, the least they could have done was wear the cost of THEIR MISTAKE. If you value your pet’s health and your time and money then don’t go here. Find someone that is actually competent in what they do and will take responsibility when mistakes are made! Read Less

Perhaps the vets are excellent, I would never know. Reception line staff refused service because they didn't think my pet required attention. Will never recommend. Just moved into town, this centre was recommended by the local Cavy shelter. I have fed back my experience to the shelter and they seemed quite surprised, again, bad front line staff. Had to drive 1h to a specialist vet in Brisbane instead. Well worth it. Such a waste of time dealing with this centre. Read Less
