Rob and his team are both professional and approachable. They have helped our dogs and us through some rough times, everything was explained thoroughly so we weren't left confused. I've had 2 pets ill recently, both guinea pigs. The vets were caring, thorough and gentle. They were unsure of the diagnosis but sent me home with antibiotics. I wanted an ultrasound done and the vet did phone around but could not find anyone willing to help. I received a follow up call the next day to check on their progress and to advise where I could find a guinea pig specialist. A week later when I returned with my guinea pigs for more antibiotics I was pleased to learn the vet had done a lot of research and is better able to treat my girls now 🙂.
