We had to put our gorgeous sweet loving little dog Charlie to sleep. It was the hardest thing we have ever done. We phoned Dr Dan at the surgery to make an appointment to take him there. Dr Dan told u...
We had to put our gorgeous sweet loving little dog Charlie to sleep. It was the hardest thing we have ever done. We phoned Dr Dan at the surgery to make an appointment to take him there. Dr Dan told us that to spare Charlie the journey he would come to our house. He came after he had finished at the surgery. He was so kind caring and completely understood what we were going through. He sat with us and explained everything to us. He was so loving towards us and our little Charlie. After Charlie passed away. He let me nurse Charlie until I felt ready to put in his little box. Dr Dan came out to the garden with us and helped us bury Charlie.
I will never forget the kindness and compassion that Dr Dan gave to us and our Charlie. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

I couldn’t recommend this clinic highly enough. Over the last 7 years I’ve had many animals small and large treated by this clinic. I’ve seen it change hands a few years ago and watched the clinic evolve from a one man practice to a gold standard multi Vet clinic. I always know my pets are in the best hands and I’m getting the best treatments and advice. It’s just a shame that some peasant who couldn’t afford to pay for her dogs treatment is trying to ruin the strong reputation they’ve built over the years.

We recently had our family pet put to sleep and chose to have it done at our place . I heard her yelp in the yard so want around to find the attendant pushing her head into the ground while the vet inserted the needle . So cruel !! . I felt they could of given her a sedative first to relax her then did what had to be done .
A rating 1 star for showing up on time .
"0" for caring for our pet dog or giving her peace, instead of stressing her out for her last breaths .

I felt I wasn't listened to about my pup being allergic to the medications. How can one vet do a slow release of medication over 1/2 hours the next vet put it straight in. I seen so much medication being pumped into my pup. He must of been overdosed When he passed away. I received a reminder 5 days later to have him vaccinated. Not impressed. My pup is deceased and you don't give a rats arse. I have been doing business with this vet for 24 yrs. Never ever again.

Our family dog of 9 years suffered as these vets where useless money hungry people. Couldn't give us a answer except 'he seems to have a sore belly' after we pointed it out n the vet 'pretended' to not see it and he was bleeding !! Our dog suffered and they did not give one shit. Luckily we took him to another vet who looked after him. Would never recommend here nothin but money hungry!

We had to put our gorgeous sweet loving little dog Charlie to sleep. It was the hardest thing we have ever done. We phoned Dr Dan at the surgery to make an appointment to take him there. Dr Dan told us that to spare Charlie the journey he would come to our house. He came after he had finished at the surgery. He was so kind caring and completely understood what we were going through. I couldn’t recommend this clinic highly enough. Over the last 7 years I’ve had many animals small and large treated by this clinic. I’ve seen it change hands a few years ago and watched the clinic evolve from a one man practice to a gold standard multi Vet clinic. I always know my pets are in the best hands and I’m getting the best treatments and advice. We recently had our family pet put to sleep and chose to have it done at our place . I heard her yelp in the yard so want around to find the attendant pushing her head into the ground while the vet inserted the needle . So cruel !! . I felt I wasn't listened to about my pup being allergic to the medications. How can one vet do a slow release of medication over 1/2 hours the next vet put it straight in.
