I had to make the awful decision to put my pet to rest and as we were out of our home town we called Greencross Vets at Morayfield. They were the most wonderful and caring people. From first phone call to leaving the clinic it was such a comforting environment. I am so grateful for their kindness.

I could not believe the price of a consultation!! I rang today to book a appointment for my 2 pugs it was going to cost me $150 JUST TO WALK IN THE DOOR !! I asked if its cheaper to being them both in together and nope same price.. what a joke !! Is this about the pets or your MONEY !! I was advised they are great vets.. sure great at getting my money.. this does not include any medications so I know I'd be walking out with a decent bill... when I come from Victoria and a consultation is only $50 to qld prices...
YOU CAN GET GOOD QUALITY VETS WHO DONT CHARGE YOU REDICULAS PRICES.. and still take good care of your pets...
Vets are ment to be for the love of animals not money hungry grubs..

Will never go back to greencross ever again. I rang an explain my pet is going to need surgery. I was told to stil come in even though they knew they couldn't do the surgery. I went in an was still chatge a consultation of $135. It's sad that use would be happy to take someone's money knowing use could do nothing.. Very disappointed and will never recommend anyone to this vet as I feel it's just about the money not about the saving the lives of loved pets...
I am going to also take this matter further as I believe I've been mistreated an taken advantage of an that's not how it should be for any pet owner.

Vets have thoroughly explained procedures and medication as well as possible issues.
The only problem is some will try to constantly sell products. I understand the need to but it puts me off asking for advice when I know it won’t come without a product display.
Have also experienced not receiving treatment plans or test results when I’ve specifically asked for them.

My brother-in-law's black German shephard puppy, Roxy was attacked by their neighbour's dog over a month ago. Her jaw was fractured and her face looked just about torn off. She looked in an awful state going by the photos the vet showed me. The lovely staff at Morayfield reconstructed her face, looked after her surgically, emotionally, tended to her every need.She had to be tube fed, so his brother and I took her on until she is completely healed. She built a rapport with all the staff to the point where she loves to see them when she goes back for her follow up appointments. She has been desexed and is still recovering. They did such a great job that she looks quite normal and you wouldn't know that she has gone through so much. The team at Greencross, Morayfield are just fantastic and I would recommend them any time. From all Roxy's family, thank you so much for bringing her back from the brink of death. We all have a beautiful, happy puppy. Lizzie Arthur.

Took my pup here for first time had appointment but had to wait 20 mins not even a sorry for waiting. Receptionist tested microchip in my pup said everything matched took my pup to another vet to top up jabs this vet also tested microchip and told me the chip details didn't match was mix up with other pup from same litter this should of been picked up at Green Cross vets so they wasn't paying attention was more interested in getting me to join their vet club so save money so glad I didn't join will stay with the other vet I took my pup too plus these were bit cheaper didn't have problems with the vet herself at Green Cross just the dopey receptionist.

Would not recommend this vet at all. Wouldn't give me a history of my animals when I as an owner am into titled to it. Have been on hold for 10 minutes once. My cat went down hill and we took it to this clinic, they accused Us of poisoning our own cat and told us to go to emergency and left her to bleed out in the car without stabilising her.
Horrible service, would not recommended to anyone.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRACTICE. All they want is your money. "OurPromise" is just a lie, they would not compromise or try solve any issue. Hundreds of dollars worth of tests and when asked for copies of test results they will not provide them. Makes one wonder if tests were even done. It's sad to know that our pets doctors (veterinarians) can be so heartless and only care about money, not our loved ones.
