My dog had to be taken to James Cook Uni vets in Townsville to have his leg reoperated on to fix the mess North West made of it, if your animal needs special surgery take it to JCU in Townsville.

Have used this vet for years for all my pets got them spayed and vaccinated. So have spent lots. After not owning a dog for awhile booked in today for vacination was told 11:30am. Had to organize to leave work for this I turned up was told appointment was 11am and if I waited around till afternoon I might get in as work would not let me stay away all day this was not possible. I rang clinc which is Mount Isa to be told that there was no possble way To contact Karumba for a time. I am so dissapointed in this vet as vaccinne seem important to them as it was to me but as they are the only vet that comes here and wont be back for 6 weeks what would be the point as first vaccine was done with this vet then second in townsville as missed add for vet in town.So made sure didnt miss this time looks like a waste of money as dog still not covered.Would only take 30sec to give needle.Read Less
