Lousy service, price-gouger, and serious 'compassion fatigue'. Charged me for a full consultion which lasted 5 minute where he barely touched my dog, then charged me $178 for medicine I could have paid <$80 for online (Iincluding postage), and $80 more than my former vet. Terrible, please avoid.

The vet here performed surgery on my jack russell (ACL repair), the repair has stayed in place and he is walking like he used to again. The vet was happy to then review my doggy and help out with othe...
The vet here performed surgery on my jack russell (ACL repair), the repair has stayed in place and he is walking like he used to again. The vet was happy to then review my doggy and help out with other enquiries (ie vaccines, arthritis support, weight loss assistance and multiple reviews of surgical repair) and all for reasonable prices.

Very kind, understanding and competent vet. Always manages to squeeze us in (usually at short notice when something goes wrong with one of our furry 'kids'). Reasonably priced, and will not try to 'up...
Very kind, understanding and competent vet. Always manages to squeeze us in (usually at short notice when something goes wrong with one of our furry 'kids'). Reasonably priced, and will not try to 'up-sell' you a million things you don't need. Highly recommend!

We had to put down a much beloved pet. The vet was amazing and very understanding. Even helped us carry him to the car. Our other dog is always well looked after when we visit.

First time never again. Taking my dog overseas and had to get a rabies vaccination therefore. Vet provided me with lower costs about c5 vac than it was in the end... then the vet didn't have the rabie...
First time never again. Taking my dog overseas and had to get a rabies vaccination therefore. Vet provided me with lower costs about c5 vac than it was in the end... then the vet didn't have the rabies certificate to print as his computer broke down. He told me he'd send me the document. A week later I got the letter with more than 5 mistakes in it. Including my name my dogs name her DOB and gender. As it could become hard with 'false' documents to travel I asked them to provide me with another certificate and the right details. Even then he still made mistakes and just said it wouldn't really matter to anyone. Good customer service. Respect!
