We have been taking our pets to Denis for 15 years +. He is a really good vet and knows his stuff! Always kind and has the pets best interests in mind. He, and all the lovely staff that he has had working with him over the years have always been caring and understand that our pets are our family. I would never take them to anyone else! I have to say pets cause he has looked after more than our dogs. From puppy preschool, to, sadly when one was? Well? You know? At the other end of a happy life. A lot of that. While we realise Opal is well aged and may never fully recover, we have her almost back to her normal self in just 24 hrs because of the amazing care given by Dr Donna, Penny and the other nurses. My poor kitty was put in to be de-sexed. Where do I start she came home falling over couldn't walk had no cone cape around her neck, no dressing covering her stitches, when I checked her sterilization...
My poor kitty was put in to be de-sexed. Where do I start she came home falling over couldn't walk had no cone cape around her neck, no dressing covering her stitches, when I checked her sterilization certificate her weight was recorded as 0000 so any wonder she spewed yellow stuff three times throughout the night. After 10 hours 2 layers of stitching came undone leaving an open wound, unfortunately had to take her to an emergency vet which put her under anesthetic again costing me a further $200 and $50 in taxis. Even after notifying them of the situation I still have not received a call from them to see if my PRINCESS is okay. The animals well being is clearly not the priority for this Business.

Even after notifying them of the situation I still have not received a call from them to see if my PRINCESS is okay. The animals well being is clearly not the priority for this Business.

We took our dog Gizmo a 13 year old Spoodle to Denis and his team to put him to sleep after a nasty tic bite. The whole team were very understanding at this sad time. They made his passing a comfortable and peaceful process. We would recommend Denis and his staff to anyone with a sick pet.

We have got a new dog also a spoodle called Teddy. We got him from Rspca. Took him for his vet check Denis gave us an appointment at short notice. Ten out of ten for customer service!

All staff are so friendly welcoming remember all the critters they look after, even my lot! they are just so wonderful when this lot leave me and i get another lot from the pound i am sure Denis and his staff will love them as much as i do.
