They have ripped me off 3 times now, i have paid 3 times for insulin ($80 a bottle) for my dog and all 3 times the bottles of insulin were half empty, i rang the insulin manufacture and they said they have never heard of it before and for myself to contact the vets and the vet said they will keep an eye on it from now on but didn't offer any replacements at all. The reason i kept buying it from them is because like a lot of products these days like supermarkets the packs aren't full and i thought it was normal until my forth bottle i purchased was full and i didn't understand why the other 3 were half full. Peter and the whole team did an excellent job bringing my dog Conner back to full health after a brown snake bite. Nothing was to much trouble and being able to visit on two separate occasions was so lovely and beneficial for us. The only vet that I would take my pet to! I went to puppy preschool here with my dog and he enjoyed it immensely! Great service, every room is open for you to see so that you can see how your pet is looked after even if they have to stay overnight. I’ve never seen anything like it. I would never recommend this place of business. I would never dream of taking my pet to Harriet House. My sister booked her beautiful Puppy in for a wash, light trim and her nails clipped. When my sister arrived to collect her little puppy, she didn't recognise her beautiful little pet as whoever groomed her, clipped all her beautiful hair off. Thus, instead of a light haircut, left her puppy with barely any winter coat. Even though my sister did not request this haircut at all, she was still charged an astronomical amount! Read Less

Peter Lyons and Peter Noble are exceptional they have been looking after our animals for almost 30 years. The girls are always very courteous and friendly. Both Peter's have travelled to our property at Helidon to treat our horses one of which had a very nasty ulcer on his eye Peter Noble being an eye specialist saved the eye and healed beautifully. Our varied cats and dogs over the years have had the best of care and are very caring and compassionate in the sad times one of those times only last week with our special dog Buddy. Very poor service! Didn't properly inspect wound. Was told the dog was deeply distressed and that he needed a muzzle as he is a guard dog and the vet said they don't have any muzzles!? When he was snapped at as a stranger because he took no time to build any rapport with my dog and grabbed straight for the wound, he declared that my faithful hound was 'A prick of a dog' and that he didn't want to see him again. There is no better vets than Herriot House. We have been taking our pets there for many many years and have never had any sort of issues. Receptionists are always so friendly and helpful, nothing is ever too much trouble, no enquiry is ever too minor. Nadia looks after our gang and does a sterling job, they all love her. We have always used Herriot House. Gave such wonderful care and attention to our Rottweilers over 15 years until they had to be out down. I have been attending another vet for many years but was very disappointed with them when we took our little dog to them with her eye issue, i had never been to Herriot House before and was recommended to take our little girl there i can't thank Dr Noble enough for helping our little dog Milly. The vets are so helpful and supportive. My dog required two lots of cruciate ligament surgery in the space of two weeks and the vet I spoke with was very knowledgeable and kept me informed before the procedure, after and during the recovery. Their fees are very reasonable and the costs for surgery are significantly cheaper than other vets I got quotes from. Cannot more highly recommend this clinic! Read Less
