The nursing staff gave me their time and explained dietary requirements, worming regimes, tick prevention, vaccine requirements and allowed my little one to explore the clinic and get comfortable with the staff and surroundings. This lot also advised us not to take out pet insurance but to take out their $40 per month thing which we did and then when we tried cancelling after getting second opinions from local vets and finding out how much we were being ripped off we were told we have to pay $480... Stay clear of these guys, use your local vet, this is a PLC who only care about filling their pockets Read Less
