Friendly, caring and professional. I went in with my new puppy not knowing what i needed to do in regards to health care and treatment. The nursing staff gave me their time and explained dietary requirements, worming regimes, tick prevention, vaccine requirements and allowed my little one to explore the clinic and get comfortable with the staff and surroundings. They even have puppy preschool. I feel like i was listened to and my needs were met. I've found my vet! Read Less

Just spoke to someone on the phone 20 minutes ago about what to do with a lost dog. She had no time or patience for me during the call. Was rude, cut me off and spoke to me like I was garbage.

This business is only about filling their pockets, go to your local vet who does not answer to shareholders and cares for your pets. This lot also advised us not to take out pet insurance but to take out their $40 per month thing which we did and then when we tried cancelling after getting second opinions from local vets and finding out how much we were being ripped off we were told we have to pay $480... Stay clear of these guys, use your local vet, this is a PLC who only care about filling their pockets Read Less
