Disgusting service, never been treated this bad before. My dog was very sick, but I had to be at wk. I asked if I could leave my dog there at the vet & if they could contact me with whatever the problem was. They said not a problem & then told me I had to pay a $150 deposit up front first. What I'm going to leave my Serbian Husky of 9yrs & do a runner. They had all my details. Vet fees are expensive.

One of the hardest decisions. The staff (and I’m sorry I forgot their names) were just exemplary before, during and after her death. We were just traveling through and my dog needed a check up following previous surgery that was preformed at another vet in another town. Lauren was the vet that we saw at High St and we couldn't have been happier. She was giving with her time and advise she was attentive and caring. She didn't only check his healing post surgery but took a keen interest in my old pups history and Lauren I will email you his next blood test results as promised as his heart murmur really intrigued you. Thank you!

The staff at High Street Vet Surgery is very professional and knowledgeable, yet beyond compassion. I brought my very sick cockatiel there a few years ago and they did all to save it's life. Sadly, my bird died a few days later, but the care I received in dealing with my grief was overwhelmingly compassionate not just towards me but also towards my surviving bird! When my second cockatiel showed signs of illness as well (a week later) they jumped straight into action and were able to save him! He is still with me today thanks to the awesome and swift care of the staff! Thank you very much!!

Disgusting service, never been treated this bad before. My dog was very sick, but I had to be at wk.
