Best vet I’ve ever met. I raced my 8 week old pup in with a ‘grass seed’ in his eye lid a week ago where i met Dr Sue White and her assistant. Dr Sue spent every second necessary with me and my pup to diagnose, treat and explain to me very clearly that the said grass seed was in-fact a very small Paralysis Tick. After the prompt and careful removal of the tick as a priority, i was given very clear and concise information right throughout the process. I was given thorough ed...ucation and offered several plans of action, treatments and recommendations. At no point did i feel i was being rushed in and out, ill-informed, mis-informed, confused or doubtful. Sue took the all the time necessary to ensure i understood every aspect of the issue and potential outcomes before leaving her surgery. Never have i experienced such a high level of professionalism and care for not only my animal, but myself included as i was quite stressed. Nor have i ever recieved such informative and effective communication with any vet, ever, in a lifetime of pet ownership. A decision was made to leave my boy at the clinic for the day for observations and i left the clinic that morning without my boy, but with a total sense of trust that i’d put my baby under the absolute best care possible. Poor customer experience
Took my pup in to get her final C3 vaccination, after seeing the same vet 4 weeks earlier to get her second vacc and get her stitches from desexing out. Here's why it was a bad experience for me:
- The vet asked me what I planned to do about getting my pup desexed (the same vet had taken the stitches out 4 weeks earlier)
- The vet asked me if I needed any info around flea and tick control; we had the same conversation previously
- The vet kept me waiting 10 mins after my appointment even though there were no other customers in the clinic the whole time I was there (I arrived 10 mins early)
- After I'd paid, I had to ask the vet nurse to provide me the vacc certificate.
Unless you have an appointment with the owner/senior vet, I'd stay away from this place.

This vets is amazing. I used to go to their other clinic in New farm and have come to the conclusion that they are all fabulous.
My cat was both boarded here for a weekend and had vet appointments and the lovely ladies couldn't do enough for us.
I have absolute faith that my cat gets the best care possible here and highly recommend them to everyone.

We had a good friend of ours refer us to Karen at the Nundah Vet Clinic & we are so glad she did!!! We took our cats there for their vaccinations & we couldn't be happier. Karen is the loveliest vet we have seen in a very long time, perhaps even ever! It was such a loving, warm atmosphere, she was so beautiful with the cats & so lovely to us, I can't thank our friend Trish enough, for referring us there. It's so nice to know that we have someone so loving & caring to look after our two older Labs, our two cats & our German Shepherd puppy who we will be adding to our family in a few months! So nice to know they will be so well loved & cared for by Karen & her wonderful team!

We take our Devon Rex cats to Nundah Village vets for everything. All of the staff are passionate about animals their health and well-being. I would highly recommend this veterinarian clinic to anyone who really cares about their animals and lives on Brisbane's Northside. The best staff who really care about my fury kids! They even call a few days later to make sure that everything is working out. Our cats are important family members and Nundah Village Vets are our trusted cat doctors.

I've taken my dog Captain here for almost a year now. Between the easy parking and friendly atmosphere I can't fault their service. Even when it came time to organise my pet insurance claims they were able to provide everything I needed by email in an expedited fashion.
Despite all that I think the best way to put stock into a Vet is from the pet's point of view. Once I had to take Captain for Xrays and we came just before opening hours with the doors were closed. He became quite upset he couldn't climb the steps and enter the Vet. When your dog is upset they can't enter their vet, I feel you have a great vet.

On 18 August, my regular vet was unavailable so went to Nundah. I had made the heartbreaking decision to euthanais my precious little dog who was 15 years old. The staff were so very caring, understanding and compassionate. The whole experience was made easier by their approach towards me and Woofie. I can't thank them enough.

The most amazing and caring staff. I called last night 20 minutes before closing as my poor kitty had been in a fight and wasn't very well at all. Without any hesitation they told me to bring him in strait away and they stayed back late to get him sorted. I am so grateful. Thank you So much.

Best vet experience ever. The staff are all lovely and genuinely caring - Dr Karen is exemplar at what she does - you can tell she loves and respects animals and her understanding of their psycho-social behaviours is amazing and instructive. This is not a practice that seeks to fleece (pardon the pun) the client - you can tell they are very ethical when it comes to price. As a relatively new client, they could have charged me extra for a home visit to treat an anxious cat that ended up having to be finalised at the clinic as my cat was too anxious to be handled at home - my cat was returned post-treatment with no extra charge, and Dr Karen even called to let me know the cat had arrived at the vet's safely and was doing well - at a time of the evening when she should have been home with her own family. All respect for Nundah Village Veterinary Clinic.

We've been taking The Shazdog here for about 8 months now and everyone is always really nice and attentive to her and she always has a great time even if she's getting her shots.The vets also tells Shazdog how smart she is which is very nice of them. I try to remember that when she's all in a tizzy about an impending walk and crashes into the screen door instead of waiting for me to open it fully. Again. *sigh*

Visit Nundah Village Vet was a pleasure recently. They are fantastic to talk to and very reasonable on price. When I collected our Kalpie cross after her surgery I expected to see her a little shaken as she normally is at a vet but I was delighted to see that although still woosey and tiered she was still very happy being in the company of such wonderful people. We will be using this vet from now on. Great work.

Best vet I’ve ever met. I raced my 8 week old pup in with a ‘grass seed’ in his eye lid a week ago where i met Dr Sue White and her assistant. Dr Sue spent every second necessary with me and my pup to diagnose, treat and explain to me very clearly that the said grass seed was in-fact a very small Paralysis Tick. Poor customer experience
Took my pup in to get her final C3 vaccination, after seeing the same vet 4 weeks earlier to get her second vacc and get her stitches from desexing out. Here's why it was a bad experience for me:

My cat was both boarded here for a weekend and had vet appointments and the lovely ladies couldn't do enough for us.

We had a good friend of ours refer us to Karen at the Nundah Vet Clinic & we are so glad she did!!! We took our cats there for their vaccinations & we couldn't be happier. Karen is the loveliest vet we have seen in a very long time, perhaps even ever! I've taken my dog Captain here for almost a year now. Between the easy parking and friendly atmosphere I can't fault their service. Even when it came time to organise my pet insurance claims they were able to provide everything I needed by email in an expedited fashion.
Despite all that I think the best way to put stock into a Vet is from the pet's point of view. Once I had to take Captain for Xrays and we came just before opening hours with the doors were closed. On 18 August, my regular vet was unavailable so went to Nundah. I had made the heartbreaking decision to euthanais my precious little dog who was 15 years old. The girls at Nundah Village Vets are amazing. Karen is so caring and so full of knowledge. Would highly recommend people take their pets (fur babies!) to this vet clinic. We wouldn't take our fur baby elsewhere!

Best vet experience ever. The staff are all lovely and genuinely caring - Dr Karen is exemplar at what she does - you can tell she loves and respects animals and her understanding of their psycho-social behaviours is amazing and instructive. This is not a practice that seeks to fleece (pardon the pun) the client - you can tell they are very ethical when it comes to price. As a relatively new client, they could have charged me extra for a home visit to treat an anxious cat that ended up having to be finalised at the clinic as my cat was too anxious to be handled at home - my cat was returned post-treatment with no extra charge, and Dr Karen even called to let me know the cat had arrived at the vet's safely and was doing well - at a time of the evening when she should have been home with her own family. All respect for Nundah Village Veterinary Clinic.

We've been taking The Shazdog here for about 8 months now and everyone is always really nice and attentive to her and she always has a great time even if she's getting her shots.The vets also tells Shazdog how smart she is which is very nice of them. I try to remember that when she's all in a tizzy about an impending walk and crashes into the screen door instead of waiting for me to open it fully. Again. *sigh*

Visit Nundah Village Vet was a pleasure recently. They are fantastic to talk to and very reasonable on price. When I collected our Kalpie cross after her surgery I expected to see her a little shaken as she normally is at a vet but I was delighted to see that although still woosey and tiered she was still very happy being in the company of such wonderful people. We will be using this vet from now on. Great work.
