A big thanks to Anna and staff at Animal Options. This was the best experience I've EVER had taking cats to a vet. The dedicated cat consultation room certainly did the trick and I was delighted to see one of my cats happily explore the room while his brother (the more nervous one) was gently examined. The adventurous one wasn't even keen to go back into his carrier afterwards! In past experience any cat I've had has always bolted for the safety of their travel 'carriage' when the consultation was over. So to all of you cat lovers out there ... this is the place to go!

I am very happy with the service and advice i have received today for my two huskies. Very happy that Anna has taken over the practice. My diabetic girl had some acupuncture and was bright as a button this afternoon. My boy was also relaxed during the visit. Thank you. Its the best service and advice i have had in a very long time. :)

I love bringing Merlot down to this practice. The staff are so welcoming, and the environment is comfortable. It's hard to find a vet practice that offers something different - but Dr Anna and her staff make this practice my first choice for pet care (even though it's not my closest).

Dr Anna and her team are absolutely fantastic and provide the highest level of professional care. I love the holistic approach and my dogs have greatly benefited from the acupuncture and herbal medicine. The surgery is set up to make animals and their owners feel very comfortable. Dr Anna is extremely compassionate and knowledgeable, which makes it easy to entrust your pet into her care. I recommend Animal Options Vet Clinic to anyone who wants the best for their pet.

Absolutely love this clinic, we moved recently and wanted to see a vet that truly cared for the well being of our well loved fur-babies. Animal Options Vet Clinic were professional with obtaining all of our records from our previous vet with no stress or hassle and when we had our first visit you could see straight away the love they have for animals. One of our dogs hates having his nails clipped and it used to be such a struggle, but they assessed our boy and she tried a different technique and it was the most stress-free process ever! Highly recommend all of the staff at Animal Options, and we will definitely be continuing to use their services.

I very rarely write reviews, but I cannot say enough good things about Animal Options. This was my first visit here with my little fox terrier who is usually quite a handful, but he had no problems with the staff here (I guess it’s true that a dog is truly a good judge of a person’s character). They were all kind and caring. Not only did the vet fix my dogs scratching problem but also found something else completely unrelated to my original reason for going there in the first place which half a dozen of other vets never picked up.
I was seen very quickly and all of my concerns were listened to and thoroughly explained what was going on with my dog. I did not feel like I was being pressured into anything, I am so relieved to have found this place.

A big thanks to Anna and staff at Animal Options. This was the best experience I've EVER had taking cats to a vet. The dedicated cat consultation room certainly did the trick and I was delighted to see one of my cats happily explore the room while his brother (the more nervous one) was gently examined. I very rarely write reviews, but I cannot say enough good things about Animal Options. This was my first visit here with my little fox terrier who is usually quite a handful, but he had no problems with the staff here (I guess it’s true that a dog is truly a good judge of a person’s character). They were all kind and caring.
