I rushed my Fur Baby Doggie Mr Buster in with no appointment 2 days before Christmas as he was very unwell. All the Ladies were and are amazing. Dr Mel is so caring and experienced, she is wonderful.

I rushed my Fur Baby Doggie Mr Buster in with no appointment 2 days before Christmas as he was very unwell. All the Ladies were and are amazing. Dr Mel is so caring and experienced, she is wonderful.
Mr Buster needed surgery, 3 procedures in total, Dr Mel & all the ladies took such wonderful care of my Baby.. I have now made The Pines Vet & Dr Mel our Vet for all of Busters needs from now on.. 😀

We are so thankful to the staff at The Pines Vet for helping and supporting us through our dogs cancer journey. Jodilee was so helpful, thoughtful and informative throughout our journey. She was great explaining things to the kids. We could not have asked for a nicer vet. She made our boy ascomfortable as possible and made his passing peaceful for both him and us. We just want to thank her for everything from the bottom of our hearts. RIP Chester

I started using The Point Vet around two and a half years ago and after The Pines Vet opened, this became our regular as it's closer to home. The whole team at The Pines Vet (and The Point Vet) are wonderful! Everyone puts in 100% effort and I feel as though you're not just a number to them, they genuinely care! I would not go to any other veterinary clinic unless I absolutely had to. Dr John & Dr Vanessa are the best!

Fantastic Vet. We couldn't get our boy into our usual vet this morning so we called The Pines Vet and got in. We couldn't have been happier. Dr Vanessa was amazing with our Max. She gave him ear rubs and kisses. You could tell how much she loves animals and was so knowledgeable. We loved our old Vet but they aren't local so we are changing over to this one. Definitely would Recommend them. Thanks for getting our boy out of pain and happy again !

All of the girls at PPV are amazing & you can tell how much they love animals by the way they just fall in love with them when they walk through the door. The care they have shown 3 of our babies has been amazing, especially our "Doodle" they love our Doodle boy (ridgeback x kelpie) and always fuss over him. The after care is amazing with quite a few phon calls being made after hours to us asking how are baby is xx

The best vets on the Gold Coast ! From the moment you walk through the door you and your fur babies are greeted with warmth and attention. Lots of hugs and kisses for the fur babies too. The vet service is amazing. Our puppy was given so much care and love when we had her desexed. Dr Vanessa knows her stuff. My baby had bad stomach problems and in no time we had her diet amended and problem fixed. Thank you thank you thank you !! Can not recommend this practice enough.

Kerri and Lea are amazing. We are so grateful to them for saving our precious dog Tessea. We took her into the vets on Saturday morning a very unwell dog . Dr Kerri Anders suspected pyometra ( infected uterus). They did blood test and X-ray to confirm .once confirmed it was a emergency surgery for Tessa.The clinic closed at 12:00 but Kerri and Lea stayed behind to to the op. We didn't pick Tessa up until 4:30. If Tessa had not had the surgery she would have pasted away. They both are so caring and kind hearted, you can see they really to care, it's not just a job to them. Lea even phoned on Sunday morning to see how Tessa was going . Thank you so much Kerri and Lea ,we will be forever grateful . This defiantly the best vets we have ever been to .

Fantastic Vet. We couldn't get our boy into our usual vet this morning so we called The Pines Vet and got in. We couldn't have been happier. Dr Vanessa was amazing with our Max. She gave him ear rubs and kisses. You could tell how much she loves animals and was so knowledgeable. We loved our old Vet but they aren't local so we are changing over to this one. Definitely would Recommend them. Thanks for getting our boy out of pain and happy again !
