I have to believe the others reviews here are fake, because we have had one of the worst experiences of our lives with this business. I lost my therapy dog to a tick bite, I was on the other side of the world when it happened and my husband brought her in. She had recently been gotten out of our yard on our 150 acre property, it had recently rained, in December (prime tick season), and she had been running through long grass and creeks. Immediately after seeing her having trouble walking, my husband took her on the 45 minute trip to this vet. I was getting updated and the first thing I was told was that they suspected a snake bite (no idea why when they were told that she had been recently in creeks and long grass and was due for her monthly tick treatment), so they decided it was best to wait 24 hours to do something. Of course by then it was too late. We lost her and they have now taken me to court and listed my bill as a judgement. Every day that goes by I become more and more infuriated with the treatment we and my dog received and I am in the process of getting legal advice for suing them for waiting so long to do something when everyone knows how important it is to act quickly in these circumstances. I am in the process of submitting a formal complaint with the Queensland Veterinary Surgeons Board also. I hope this review helps to make people aware that you might be risking the life of your pet by coming to this business. Read Less
