I have been to other vets over the years but none of them compare to the standard of Koala Park Vet Clinic. Their professionalism, compassion and ongoing care has always been exceptional. This includes the staff at the front desk, the vet nurses and the wonderful vets I have seen since going there. Our cat had to be admitted for kidney failure. The vets were great with updating us in his condition, be thoughtful of our needs and wishes as a family and the costs weren't exorbitant.

Jo is fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble. All our dogs feel relaxed with Jo & I like the fact you are not being talked into out laying more money that is not necessary. The care & devotion they have for the pets is second to none. We have been seeing Jo & Kev since moving to Redlands 15 years ago & they are the best on the southsideo & prices are reasonable. They deserve 5 stars.

Great care from Amy and Jo. We were listened to and our dogs were well looked after. We came home without the stress I've seen before finding Koala Park Vets. I recommend these wonderful people, from nurses to Vets and reception. The It was a great way to look after my precious furry friends.

I have been a client of this surgery for many years. We recently had to make the hardest decision of what felt like our lives in relation to our dog. Vet Amy and all staff were so caring and supportive through this whole process, Amy was wonderful, i cannot thank her enough, she spent time with me and gave me time if i needed it to say goodbye which was not easy. We definitely will continue to go to this surgery when the time comes, down the track, when our broken hearts are mended and we find a new addition once again to our family. Thankyou

Really bad rude staff, inexperienced/useless vets who cannot take readable x-rays. They will take your money and give no results.
I had to take my animal to Veterinary Specialist Services vet who correctly diagnosed just by watching the animal walk.
Only use these guys for easy local access to yearly vaccination.
