Great service in the past when we were still in Redland Bay. Called them lated last night as our dog was suffering from severe cane toad poisoning, with terrible seizures. We live on Coochie now, but Rebecca was very supportive on the phone and helped confirm we were doing the right thing, to stabilise him. Jagger has now fully recovered, thank you.

Soul went through traumatic Surgery and came through well thanks to the dedication of their team
For me trust is a major issue and as we all know to find someone you put the life of your beloved pets in is crucial

All staff from front desk to nurses and the veterinarians themselves are always proactive, friendly, patient, well-informed, and very professional. They provide their services with a very high standard of care, and make excellent use of information technology to keep their patients' owners up to date with treatment/medication reminders and aesthetically pleasing newsletters. I have owned Australian Cattle Dogs for 25 years as pets in both Australia (Melbourne, Brisbane for past 9 years) and New Zealand (Auckland and Dunedin). The health and welfare of my dogs are extremely important to me, so I expect the veterinary practice I attend to deliver a very high standard of services across the board. Like the outstanding veterinary practice I used for 13 years in Auckland, Veterinary Happiness offers everything a doting and - in my case, as a biomedical professional - knowledgeable dog owner could reasonably expect from the best in the business. Although I shifted from Redland Bay to Cleveland two years ago, I did not even pause to consider going to a more local veterinary practice. I have great faith in the staff, facilities, and working environment at Veterinary Happiness, and I am delighted to recommend this practice most highly.

On Monday morning I had to make a very hard decision to have my little mate 'Swanky' put to sleep. Thank you to Nikki and Debbi for helping me with the process. I received a lovely card in the mail from them, which made me cry all over again. It's never easy to say goodbye to our pets as they are part of the family, but your clinics caring and understanding staff, made a big difference to me on the day. Thanks again.
