All staff from front desk to nurses and the veterinarians themselves are always proactive, friendly, patient, well-informed, and very professional. They provide their services with a very high standard of care, and make excellent use of information technology to keep their patients' owners up to date with treatment/medication reminders and aesthetically pleasing newsletters. I have owned Australian Cattle Dogs for 25 years as pets in both Australia (Melbourne, Brisbane for past 9 years) and New Zealand (Auckland and Dunedin). The health and welfare of my dogs are extremely important to me, so I expect the veterinary practice I attend to deliver a very high standard of services across the board. Like the outstanding veterinary practice I used for 13 years in Auckland, Veterinary Happiness offers everything a doting and - in my case, as a biomedical professional - knowledgeable dog owner could reasonably expect from the best in the business. Although I shifted from Redland Bay to Cleveland two years ago, I did not even pause to consider going to a more local veterinary practice. We sadly had to euthanise our beloved 10yr old puppy on the weekend, but the staff here have been nothing but supportive and sensitive. I would recommend them to anybody in the local area.
