I think the staff at the Rochedale Vet are wonderful and very caring. My 2 dogs had very good care over the past 14 years, they both had health problems and were looked after very well. Charlie went 3 years ago after an unfortunate accident, then we said goodbye to Max 3 weeks ago after his health deteriorated. I received flowers and a card signed by the Vet team, something that was very nice when I was feeling down.

WORST SERVICE Our dog was recently showing signs of a paralysis tick while in the care of a friend so he brought her over to Rochedale with the concern. They told him she had arthritis in her back and that's why she had stopped moving (in 2 days time). They claimed to have checked for ticks and found nothing, just to tell us we need to pay for a 1000 dollar X-Ray just to even diagnose her. Freaked out we dropped everything to grab our furry friend only to check her for a total of 10 seconds and finding a giant tick the size of my pinky nail right on her neck by her collar. Needless to say we were outraged. We called to inform them of their obvious misdiagnosis to see if they could check up on her now obvious tick related symptoms for free (or even a discount) and we would happily pay the medication. What was their reply? "No. We did not misdiagnose. The tick must of gotten on the dog after we saw her". We picked her up and checked her 1 day after her "lovely" vet visit. A tick that size just popped on in a day? Please. Just wanted to warn people of this place. Perhaps they normally have good staff, but the people that "helped" were of the worst nature.

I said goodbye to my best friend (dog) this week, one of the saddest days of my life, thank you so much to Rochedale vet to the care and thought that went in to making that day as peaceful for my girl as possible. A special thanks must be made to Dr Lauren Goode and Nurse Bec for the support they gave on the day. Always friendly, helpful and excellent care of our boy. Nothing is a problem, and they take the time for you. Not just times up go away. I highly recommend them. I have been using Rochedale Vetinary Surgery overall for approximately 9 years and have always found their service to be exceptional. I was most impressed with their service when my kitten was required to stay overnight for a couple of days - the staff were more than accomodating, making her feel as comfortable as possible and allowing me to come and visit her after work. The team have always been very warm and welcoming and will go out of their way to help out their clients. The vetinarians that I have dealt with have always ensured to be thorough in their consults, taking as much time as necessary to help their patients. I can't thank the team enough for the outstanding service that I have received over the years.

Charlie went 3 years ago after an unfortunate accident, then we said goodbye to Max 3 weeks ago after his health deteriorated. WORST SERVICE Our dog was recently showing signs of a paralysis tick while in the care of a friend so he brought her over to Rochedale with the concern. They told him she had arthritis in her back and that's why she had stopped moving (in 2 days time). I have been using Rochedale Vetinary Surgery overall for approximately 9 years and have always found their service to be exceptional. I was most impressed with their service when my kitten was required to stay overnight for a couple of days - the staff were more than accomodating, making her feel as comfortable as possible and allowing me to come and visit her after work. The team have always been very warm and welcoming and will go out of their way to help out their clients. The vetinarians that I have dealt with have always ensured to be thorough in their consults, taking as much time as necessary to help their patients.
