Empathetic and helpful staff, didn't have to wait for an appointment. Our cat was seen and operated on the day we called up for the appointment and everything went well. He's doing fantastically, and the staff were helpful and informative every step of the way.
The only thing is they dont offer finance or payment plans so be prepared for upfront costs if you choose them.

We had an ongoing issue for approx 6 months. Had seen multiple vets, with little certainty as to what was going on. We finally decided to go to Alma Street for a third opinion. ...
This vet is the best.
We had an ongoing issue for approx 6 months. Had seen multiple vets, with little certainty as to what was going on. We finally decided to go to Alma Street for a third opinion. Where other vets were interested in getting people in and out the door, Alma street was more interested in correctly diagnosing the problem. And they did, that day. By the next day, our pup was recovering from surgery. We were called twice a day with updates on her condition from the vet.
I can't recommend these guys (particularly Celia) highly enough.

Couldn't have been happier with my visit. Even though it was sad news for our dog, the vet we had was exceptionally caring and understanding. I felt valued as a person and I could see clearly they had our dogs best interest at heart. Thank you to all the wonderful staff who made our visit pleasurable :)

Have used this service several times for all our pets.
This Veterinary Hospital offers VETPAY to help ease the burden of expensive procedures.
The waiting room is always interesting with the variety of animals waiting to see the Doc.
The place is always well presented. Car parks at the front and on the side is great but they are usually always full.

We had an ongoing issue for approx 6 months. Had seen multiple vets, with little certainty as to what was going on. We finally decided to go to Alma Street for a third opinion. Where other vets were interested in getting people in and out the door, Alma street was more interested in correctly diagnosing the problem. And they did, that day. By the next day, our pup was recovering from surgery. We were called twice a day with updates on her condition from the vet.
