Was travelling through and found an injured animal on the side of the road. Staff wanted me to leave an injured animal in a box at the back door in full sun and extreme heat....as no one was at the surgery during the day on that weekday. Had to see a vet on a Sunday urgently as my dog had torn his cruciate ligament less than a week after having surgery for the same injury but on his other leg. Will was absolutely fantastic and saw my dog quickly, liaised with the vet in Toowoomba that my dog usually attends and made sure that my boy wasn't in pain. It was a really stressful day and Will was so helpful and wouldn't even charge me the full rate because 'you've just had some really bad luck'. Please keep supporting this great business!! Read Less

We were travelling to Carnarvon Gorge and left our two dogs with Tim and the team for boarding and vaccinating. While we were away, both also ended up having their teeth cleaned, one ended up being treated for conjunctivitis and both were groomed. We came back to very happy, healthy and well-cared for dogs. We are two months into a seven month journey and it is such a relief to have everything sorted before we head to more remote places. The groomer, who has her own business, did a fantastic job.
