You gave our beautiful Amber an amazing extra time here with us on earth and we are so grateful for that. Sadly Amber has just passed away from other complications & we want to say be will be back in a heartbeat if we wish to get another beautiful girl like Amber.

Randall and Holly the Veterinarians have always provided excellent service and have a clean and inviting practice, the reception staff are friendly, professional and caring. I travel from Banyo/ Virginia as the vet near me is overpriced and not particularly helpful. Dr Randall and his team are amazing, helpful and very affordable.

I travelled from the Gold Coast to take my 11 year old poodle to see Randal at 3rd Avenue vet surgery after being referred by my sister. I’m so glad I did because it was well worth the trip. Our Winnie was so relaxed with Randal and the other vet and vet nurse, he doesn’t usually like it at all very much. The surgery is really welcoming with beautiful polished floor boards and when we need to see a vet again the trip will be a pleasure. I must add that the cost was considerably less compared to other quotes. It felt like visiting a real country vet who you can tell loves what he does and genuinely loves animals. I was really very impressed, thank you all.

After having tried two other local vets and having repeat negative experiences, I was at a loss when thankfully a family member recommended Third Ave Vet. The experience was night and day to what we had, had in the past. The entire team are warm and friendly and made us comfortable from start to finish, answering all our questions with patience and understanding. All the staff treated our girl with the respect you want your beloved pet treated with. The passion Dr Randal has for his profession is evident and greatly appreciated. We are thrilled to know we now have a team of experts to help us look after our girl. This was also the first time in 9 years we've ever been to a Vet and felt like we got our money's worth. Keep up the great work team.

Through lots of ups and the downs including saving one of the cats and rebuilding our dog's broken knee, Randal has always been someone we could trust with our cherished furry family. Randall & his team saved our cat's life. Having moved from another vet due to mismanagement, Randall gave us excellent advice, which from having a strong medical background, we knew was ethical, evidence based and correct. From following Randall's advice & his clinical management plan, our cat is still with us today & is pain free. He cares so much about his pet patients that he gave our cat all of his checkups & they were plentiful at fortnightly for 2 months, totally complimentary. Thanks third avenue vet. You are excellent.

I travelled from the Gold Coast to take my 11 year old poodle to see Randal at 3rd Avenue vet surgery after being referred by my sister. I’m so glad I did because it was well worth the trip.
