Not very happy with results. Even though staff were friendly, I felt very uncomfortable with what I was being told about my old cat. Even after giving her meds and pain killers there was little change. I don't understand the negative reviews either! My family and I have been taking our dogs and cats here since we moved to Australia from New Zealand 12 years ago. Have never had any problems, procedures are done professionally and they remember you and your pets by name. Sometimes you can be sitting in the waiting room for a while, but hey that's like majority of medical places. I'm about to bring my new kitten to them, and I have no doubt she'll be in good hands. I don't understand the poor reviews here. I have brought my two pups, Ellabie and Luna to Scarborough Vet Surgery for two years. The vets are caring and understanding and the reception staff are amazing. As soon as I call in, they seem to remember exactly who I am and my dogs names. One suffers from hip dysplasia and has to get checked up regularly while the other pup has had some anxiety issues. I have always had excellent service and even though we have moved 30 minutes away, we still take our dogs here. I could not recommend Scarborough Vet Surgery more. Read Less

I am very disappointed in the services. The vet started shaving my dog's head and wanting to place needles in him without consulting me first. The vet was very rude and condescending to both mysef and my wife, given she had clearly made a judgement based on my gardening clothing I had arrived in. We are new to the area and had heard that the Vet was good, but was not expecting such arrogance from Dee. We will be travelling back to our brilliant Vet in Toowoomba to continue great service and care there. Read Less
