This was around 2 years ago and there attitude may of changed. So here we go. Had a pleasant first 4 months there and was booked in to get our six month old puppy spayed. This is when we experienced s...
This was around 2 years ago and there attitude may of changed. So here we go. Had a pleasant first 4 months there and was booked in to get our six month old puppy spayed. This is when we experienced some negative feelings towards this vet. We had to go in prior to the opp for something unrelated and were told that they couldn't do the date originally planned. They gave an alternate date which was fine for us so we locked it in. We then received a call a few days later basically saying that the rescheduled day would not work either and could we get another vet to perform the operation. We asked if it would be okay if we came in to speak to the vet before we booked it all in. After speaking to the vet my partner and I decided it would just be better to take her to a vet hospital where they can monitor her overnight post opp as well as the fact that they also perform a lot more operations in general due to the fact that they are an emergency vet hospital.
When we told the staff we decided to just get this procedure done elsewhere they seemed annoyed and were a bit pushy still trying to get us to go with them but said it was our decision and all was fine.
We then had to request our full vet history for our insurance. So we called up myVet and had a very cold call which seemed unprofessional to say the least. When we received the full history from them I decided to have a quick read through. I was shocked to read that they had accedently included notes saying that WE had to rebook and CANCEL an operation last minute due to deciding on another vet. Very unprofessional and false. It was at this point that we decided enough was enough and have been extremely happy ever since.

I have been here a couple of times now.. once with a friend's dog I was looking after whilst they were away...within an hour he had become listless and it was scary. This vet took him straight in and besides the hefty cost of an overnight stay and drip required, he recovered quickly, they saved his life. We never found what was wrong with Darcy to have caused such a dramatic decline in health, but he didn't die while he was on my watch😳.. crisis averted.
More recently we brought in our dog Dash, he had a broken nail/claw and it was fixed promptly without the high cost I paid for a broken claw at another, VERY expensive local vet.
Dash is licking his paw a lot the past day or so, so looks like he'll be back for a visit on Monday 😔 At least I know this vet will find the problem and I won't lose a week's wage doing it!

My dog was groomed today. I have been through this springfield clinic before for grooming and have had no problem. But today I have experienced some of the worst customer service in my life.
I felt uncomfortable and my dog does not look any where close to the standards I have had before.
I was offended at the way I was spoken to and by the way my dog was handed back to me.
I will NEVER be returning here for my dogs again.
I am very upset at the fact I felt like giving this review as I love supporting local businesses but this was just appalling customer service.

To start with the lady yells at us from around the corner then once she starts to approach us there was no pleasantries. My boss had to break the silence by saying we had brought in a native bird that look as though it had been hit with a rock. She said she would get a vet to look at it then took it away while my boss filled out a form, rudely walked straight passed us and went to the back room to talk to her coworker about her coworkers lunch while we were still filling out the form. We ended up yelling out if she wanted us to leave the form to which she yelled back "yes just on the desk." Then continued on talking to her coworker. The lady showed no interest in us at all, seemed as though we were an inconvenience and was rude the whole time.

Being a parent to two boisterous large dog will see you visiting a vet often and we are no different. Starting at a very early age with our first dog Lyla we've used MyVet services for puppy training, vaccination, regular health checks and what's even more important for advice and peace of mind for all those times when we weren't sure if we're doing the right thing. Introducing a 1 year old boy dog to the family later was easy knowing we have the support of amazing staff from MyVet. Level of genuine care they show for animals is always comforting in those stressful times when your fur kids need their help. We couldn't have been happier with every single staff member of MyVet as they take care of your animals as if they were their own and they make sure you completely understand what is the best course of action. The BEST vet we've been to in over 25 years. All the girls are empathic, welcoming and love their work. Natasha is able to speak human as well as doggy. We love her. Their fees are half the price of another nearby Vet (whom we refuse to go to). They have a fabulous 'Better for Pets' program that is affordable!! Keep up the terrific work :o)

I took my 11 year old cavoodle to My Vet Springfield Lakes and was very happy with the caring and excellent service that we received. They love their work and you can see that everyone is very happy to be working there. Also the time taken to play and settle our dog was great, the vet checking him over very thoroughly. I would thoroughly recommend is business to anyone with a pet.

I agree that Jason is fantastic. My dog is petrified of vet clinics; to the extent that it takes 3 people to force her through the door. Jason went as far as to get on the floor to talk to my dog to calm her down.
The clinic itself is not entirely impressive...it is messy, under-staffed and the nurses take on a lot of roles usually performed by licensed veterinarians, but Jason definitely makes up for this. If it is just a consultation that you are after, I would definitely suggest giving Jason a call.

The BEST vet we've been to in over 25 years. All the girls are empathic, welcoming and love their work. Natasha is able to speak human as well as doggy. We love her. Their fees are half the price of another nearby Vet (whom we refuse to go to). They have a fabulous 'Better for Pets' program that is affordable!! Keep up the terrific work :o)

I took my 11 year old cavoodle to My Vet Springfield Lakes and was very happy with the caring and excellent service that we received. They love their work and you can see that everyone is very happy to be working there. Also the time taken to play and settle our dog was great, the vet checking him over very thoroughly. I would thoroughly recommend is business to anyone with a pet.

I agree that Jason is fantastic. My dog is petrified of vet clinics; to the extent that it takes 3 people to force her through the door. Jason went as far as to get on the floor to talk to my dog to calm her down.
The clinic itself is not entirely impressive...it is messy, under-staffed and the nurses take on a lot of roles usually performed by licensed veterinarians, but Jason definitely makes up for this. If it is just a consultation that you are after, I would definitely suggest giving Jason a call.
