We saw Simon today at Stafford and he was amazing. He truly cares about your pet and is very supportive of the owner. I have been trying to find out what's going on with my little dog for a year and after our visit today, I feel confident that I will have the answers soon. I was faced with the devastating decision to put my beloved dog down this evening. I called this surgery and was greeted with nothing but understanding and compassion by the beautiful vet nurse who booked me in straight away. The vet that performed the procedure was so loving and supportive towards both me and my pup ensuring that the process was calm and stress free. Dr Simon and Dan are simply amazing people. They both went beyond what you would expect when caring for my three dogs yesterday. They treated them as they would their own. Whilst the highest star rating here is a five, I would suggest a 10 would be closer to an accurate rating for these guys. I am so grateful and relieved Dr Sue was able to help sort out Wilbur's issues. Dr Sue was not judgemental and used skillful means to handle a complex and anxious dog. I was delighted with the process of getting a diagnosis as I didn't want Wilbur further distressed in the process. Dr Sue understood my concerns and devised a treatment plan accordingly. Her patience, compassion and competance in handling Wilbur means the world to me. Although I was prepared to subsit on bread and dripping for Wilbur, that isn't necessary as the cost of the visit was more than reasonable. This practice is one of the few vet practices who understand peoples circumstances and do not judge you for it. Also one of the few compassionate vet surgeries that care more about the animals than the money. And in saying that, one of the ONLY reasonably priced vet surgeries around. Gillian is an awesome vet. Can't speak high enough about this practice. Gillian the vet and her staff are amazing. We have lost 4 of our precious pets in the last two years with three of them being in the last six months. All of them were in their twilight years so while it was expected it was still very distressing. The care and concern shown by Gillian and her staff was to be commended.
