Great service, a little on the high side of price , but seemed to really care for my cat when she was boarding there. I had a look in the cat area and saw the good quality of food she was getting too. Really good. A bit annoying we couldn't pick her up on the sunday that we got back , and had to pay the extra day and do the pick up on the Monday. however, overall pretty happy. Read Less

Everyone at Ulysses has been great to deal with so far. They are very caring and loving towards your pet. First vet clinic I've been to that hasn't pushed desexing which I am very glad about as I do not believe it's necessary if you are a responsible pet owner plus it can cause problems if done to early. We cannot thank Sarah and the team at Ulysses enough for their kindness. We were devastated by the news that our 10 week old pup was fatally ill. The team at Ulysses were understanding, informative and so caring. It made the horrible experience that little bit easier. Waking up this morning to a bunch of flowers from Ulysses being delivered was so emotional! That added, thoughtful touch has really resonated with us. I cannot recommend this vet enough. I have been going to this veterinary clinic since I adopted my kitten from Yaps 9 years ago. I have stuck with them as they have always had compassionate workers, their prices are reasonable and I believe they give you honest advise not like some other vets who seem to do unnecessary things to hike up your bill. 7 years ago when I got my first puppy he had skin allergies, so I took to another vet (where he was mircochipped as they had a promo at the time for $30 which was normally $60) I ended up going back and forth paying $$$.$$ amount and wasted time. In the end I went to Ulysses and seen Dr Demian Bullock who assessed him in one consultation and gave us honest advise and antibiotic cream which worked and the vet bill was 1/4 of the price of the other bill. To this day the antibiotic cream has always worked for my dog's flare ups, which is once in a blue moon and it's about $15.00 for a tube. Also each year I have found Ulysses to be slightly cheaper with their vaccinations and they also do bulk vaccinations which is about 10% off for a certain amount of animals. My pets have also been desexed here and I've had no problems with my pets or their service. I highly recommend this place. I will never take my pets else where! Read Less
