I can't speak highly enough of Dr Ross. Twice now I have gone to him for a second opinion (I live an hour away) and I was sure glad I did.
On the first occasion, a local vet diagnosed my cat with an aggressive tumour that needed to be operated on immediately. On palpating my cat Dr Ross said it was just a lipoma, fatty tissue, and because it wasn't attached to anything wasn't doing any harm, as long as it didn't grow bigger (it didn't and that was years ago).
On the second occasion a different vet extracted 6 of my cat's teeth and 3 weeks later, because he was having eating issues, diagnosed him with a facial / oral disease that Main Coon cats are prone too. It's a painful condition that necessitates the removal of all their teeth! I was horrified so once again trekked over the mountain to Tallebudgera Vet Clinic.
After thoroughly examining my cat's mouth and watching a video of him eating, Dr Ross felt there was no serious concern and just gave him antibiotics and anti-inflammatories. He is improving daily.
I really appreciate the honesty, compassion and professionality of Dr Ross. He will not rip you off by doing a procedure your pet doesn't need. He genuinely loves animals and they instinctively know it. My cat trusts Dr Ross more than any other vet, most of whom won't even examine him without him being sedated (he was feral when I found him in the bush). The staff are all super friendly and caring as well.
Of all the vets I've ever been to in my life, he is the best.

There is no doubt it Tallebudgera Veterinary are the best you will find in Australia. I lived on the Gold Coast for years then moved to Grafton for a few years and travelled for 3 hours to Ross Evans just to have that exceptional and amazing care for my doggies. I am now living in Toowoomba and travel for 2.5 hours to the Coast to see Ross Evans. Do I need to say more - personally I wouldnt use anyone else. Sue is and the rest of the staff are just fantastic - amazing and really caring.

We have used this vet several times over the past couple of years after being sick and tired of other veterinary clinics being masters of the "upsell"! But on Monday (9/4/18) this clinic absolutely shone! Having to take our beloved George there to be put to sleep was gut wrenching. But the vets in this clinic had done all that they could to treat a very unexpected and fast decline in health. Dr Ross Evans and his wife Sue showed us incredible compassion and empathy. In fact, it was evident Dr Ross had tears in his eyes too knowing what he was having to do for us. We were given as much time as we needed to say our goodbyes to George. George peacefully drifted away and looked beautiful laying in his bed asleep. This whole saga has been very painful for our family, but also a beautiful experience thanks to this Veterinary clinic and its amazing staff. We thank them all from the bottom of our hearts for the dignity and love they gave our little boy. God bless you all!

There is no doubt it Tallebudgera Veterinary are the best you will find in Australia.
