Last time a few weeks prior i went i only had my dogs nails cut at $27.50 I thought ok, so when i went back to have a bit more taken off his nails i also included looking at his eyes, as they had been weeping, i was also told he needed another parvo needle but it would only be another $28 or something, so ok yes i could probably afford that as well, plus looking at his eyes, i nearly fell over when my bill at the end was $287, which i hadn't budgeted for, so i had to use my car registration money to pay, I am an aged pensioner and it had taken me quite awhile to save that money up, i noticed a sign on the wall as i was paying saying there is a $79 charge just for making an appointment, you gotta be joking, that was never mentioned when booking, not happy at all

Had to visit here on boxing day due to a pet emergency. The girls were all lovely, and helpful. They really took great care of our dog, and would be our regular vet if we didn't live so far away.

Excellent staff and a vet that's open when you really need it. We live an hour away, but this is the only place we could find open on Boxing Day when our dog was unwell. Staff were friendly and reassuring on the phone, the vet we saw was excellent, and our dog is recovering well. Cost was reasonable given the public holiday - a much better alternative to the animal hospital!

Extremely helpful and caring staff. We have been here a few times with our dogs, both in emergency situations and for general checkup and are always treated with the most respect, and the care shown for the dogs have been great. Rebecca have been awesome to us and shown such a care, professionalism and knowledge that we just wouldn't consider going anywhere else. The girls at the front desk are very friendly and the whole experience going there is one of peace. Thank you

Have been taking our pets here for years. They were so helpful when our last dog was sick and helped us with her until she went to sleep in old age.
Now they treat us like family when we go with our 2yr old labrador. He is treated like a celebrity and everyone knows his name. They are so very welcoming and our dog loves going there. We have found them very reasonable in price and availability on appointments.

Recently I have had both our dogs in your practice. Thank you Chloe, Kat & charlotte for everything. I have seen you all so much recently!! Murphy had ear surgery, from the initial consultation, to the operation, to all the follow ups appointments and telephone check ups... excellent service!! We could not have asked for anything else! Today I had to rush our other dog fletcher in and again amazing service. Thank you to the receptionists and the nursing staff who just told me to hop in the car and come. Thank you Gail for taking the time out on your time off to discuss fletchers case. We do really appreciate it. Thanks you to the nursing and reception staff for walking Murphy and looking after her while she was staying with you. Thank you for telling us how much you all loved her and how friendly she was to you. It meant a lot to us. Thank you all so much for the care and attention you have given my family, thank you charlotte and Chloe for taking the time, explaining and including our 5 year old daughter in murphys procedure. However no offence but I do hope this is it for now!!

Over priced. Money hungry. Non sympathetic vet. Brought my cat to the clinic concerned- the girl took advantage of my state and we ended up paying thousands of dollars in tests which were not necessary. Once we collected our cat she ended up being in such a state we feared for her life.
Got a second reveiw and the tests were not needed and the new vet was mortified of the extent the vet had gone.
Well done Redland Vet. One very disappointed customer.

They have performed surgery on our 2 Dogs and 2 Cats with great success and the animals still love going back for check-ups. The girls at the counter are always friendly and happy to see your side-kick - oh, and you too! The are the cheapest in the Greater Brisbane area which just goes to show very high quality care does not mean expensive bills! Thanks and keep up your amazing service!

. Poor Veterinary guidance and mismanaged drug administration.
. Take your pet away for injections with no proof of administered drug.
. Last time after my pet was there for a supposed drug test she was fretting for three to four days after consult.
. They prescribed her a drug that nearly killed her! On Phoning just stop giving her the Drug.
. Administered a generic drug i found out after my own homework which was charged at twice the price.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS VET THERE IS NO MORAL OR CODE.
WHEN I HIGHLIGHTED THIS POLITELY THAT THERE HAS NOW BEEN A SERIES OF ISSUES ON LAST CONSULT, I WAS ADVISED TO GO ELSEWHERE!!! AFTER TWO YEARS OF TAKING YOUR MONEY!!! AND I THOUGHT VETS HAD SOME DUTY OF CARE.
HOW WRONG I WAS.

Im very fussy about the health and wellbeing of my dogs. It was a long process for me to find the right vet that I could trust handing my dogs. They are purebred labs and trained as guide dogs, and now family pets. My dogs have had a few health incidents, and I wouldn't want them in anyone else's hands other than these guys.
Experienced staff, friendly staff and they remember who you are when you go back, excellent pricing, and they provide the best care for my animals. I seriously wouldn't go elsewhere.

When I entered the clinic their resident cat jumped the counter and approached me aggressively. I tried to shoo the cat away. It scratched my hand badly drawing blood. Who keeps a feral cat at their workplace?! The clinic had an extremely foul odor and was very dirty. They also had no antibiotics in stock for my cat but still charged me $130 for a consult. I mean for the assault. This place should be shut down. It makes hell look like an appealing place.

Excellent clinic. I started as a patient w/my older dog who was having some issues. One day afterwork he was not right I called & they had me bring him right in. He need emergeny surgery. Dr. Julian performed his surgery right away, despite the fact that it was a saturday. He called me right after to let me know his status. It turned out he had cancer. The entrie staff was so caring & supportive during his care. They always answered my questions & fit my dog in for appts. I take my new puppy there now and would not think of see any on else other then Dr Julian as he always put the pets needs first and give excellent advice.

Extremely helpful and caring staff. We have been here a few times with our dogs, both in emergency situations and for general checkup and are always treated with the most respect, and the care shown for the dogs have been great. Rebecca have been awesome to us and shown such a care, professionalism and knowledge that we just wouldn't consider going anywhere else. The girls at the front desk are very friendly and the whole experience going there is one of peace. Thank you

Have been taking our pets here for years. They were so helpful when our last dog was sick and helped us with her until she went to sleep in old age.
Now they treat us like family when we go with our 2yr old labrador. He is treated like a celebrity and everyone knows his name. They are so very welcoming and our dog loves going there. We have found them very reasonable in price and availability on appointments.

Couldn't be more happier to have found such an amazing vet clinic to look about my baby boy Banditt, such a lovely staff, but definitely a massive thank you to Charlotte, for everything she has done for Banditt he actually loves going in for his check ups cause he get the attention he could possibly need from them all. Recently I have had both our dogs in your practice. Thank you Chloe, Kat & charlotte for everything. I have seen you all so much recently!! Murphy had ear surgery, from the initial consultation, to the operation, to all the follow ups appointments and telephone check ups... excellent service!! We could not have asked for anything else! Today I had to rush our other dog fletcher in and again amazing service. Thank you to the receptionists and the nursing staff who just told me to hop in the car and come. Thank you Gail for taking the time out on your time off to discuss fletchers case. We do really appreciate it. Thanks you to the nursing and reception staff for walking Murphy and looking after her while she was staying with you. Thank you for telling us how much you all loved her and how friendly she was to you. It meant a lot to us. Thank you all so much for the care and attention you have given my family, thank you charlotte and Chloe for taking the time, explaining and including our 5 year old daughter in murphys procedure. However no offence but I do hope this is it for now!!

Over priced. Money hungry. Non sympathetic vet. Brought my cat to the clinic concerned- the girl took advantage of my state and we ended up paying thousands of dollars in tests which were not necessary. Once we collected our cat she ended up being in such a state we feared for her life.
Got a second reveiw and the tests were not needed and the new vet was mortified of the extent the vet had gone.
Well done Redland Vet. One very disappointed customer.

Absolutely brilliant! We have used them since 2009 and recommend them to all our friends and family. They have performed surgery on our 2 Dogs and 2 Cats with great success and the animals still love...

They have performed surgery on our 2 Dogs and 2 Cats with great success and the animals still love going back for check-ups. The girls at the counter are always friendly and happy to see your side-kick - oh, and you too! The are the cheapest in the Greater Brisbane area which just goes to show very high quality care does not mean expensive bills! Thanks and keep up your amazing service!

. The direction was very clear at the start but how that deviated to expensive extra charging so called necessary blood tests.
. Poor Veterinary guidance and mismanaged drug administration.
. Take your pet away for injections with no proof of administered drug.
. Last time after my pet was there for a supposed drug test she was fretting for three to four days after consult.
. They prescribed her a drug that nearly killed her! On Phoning just stop giving her the Drug.
. Administered a generic drug i found out after my own homework which was charged at twice the price.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS VET THERE IS NO MORAL OR CODE.
WHEN I HIGHLIGHTED THIS POLITELY THAT THERE HAS NOW BEEN A SERIES OF ISSUES ON LAST CONSULT, I WAS ADVISED TO GO ELSEWHERE!!! AFTER TWO YEARS OF TAKING YOUR MONEY!!! AND I THOUGHT VETS HAD SOME DUTY OF CARE.
HOW WRONG I WAS.

Im very fussy about the health and wellbeing of my dogs. It was a long process for me to find the right vet that I could trust handing my dogs. They are purebred labs and trained as guide dogs, and now family pets. My dogs have had a few health incidents, and I wouldn't want them in anyone else's hands other than these guys.
Experienced staff, friendly staff and they remember who you are when you go back, excellent pricing, and they provide the best care for my animals. I seriously wouldn't go elsewhere.

When I entered the clinic their resident cat jumped the counter and approached me aggressively. I tried to shoo the cat away. It scratched my hand badly drawing blood. Who keeps a feral cat at their workplace?! The clinic had an extremely foul odor and was very dirty. They also had no antibiotics in stock for my cat but still charged me $130 for a consult. I mean for the assault. This place should be shut down. It makes hell look like an appealing place.

Excellent clinic. I started as a patient w/my older dog who was having some issues. One day afterwork he was not right I called & they had me bring him right in. He need emergeny surgery. Dr. Julian performed his surgery right away, despite the fact that it was a saturday. He called me right after to let me know his status. It turned out he had cancer. The entrie staff was so caring & supportive during his care. They always answered my questions & fit my dog in for appts. I take my new puppy there now and would not think of see any on else other then Dr Julian as he always put the pets needs first and give excellent advice.
