The staff and Carers were so engaging and welcoming, placed pet owners at ease and showed a genuine interest in individual loved ones, I was really impressed and would be happy to recommend them to my friends. The only other feedback I have is the signage upon approaching is not so distinctive and easily missed....I drove past it twice, when dropping off and picking up, once in the drive it's great....

Cannot recommend the WSVC team enough. We have never had great luck with our pets health but the team never gave up on any of our animals! They have always been professional and very loving and caring...
Cannot recommend the WSVC team enough. We have never had great luck with our pets health but the team never gave up on any of our animals! They have always been professional and very loving and caring when we needed it most.. So caring that our last dog, Kogi, loved going to visit Alistair and the team despite being so unwell! You guys are the absolute best - Thank you for your ongoing support and care with our animals :)

When my dog got an infected bite on her head the team fit me in at short notice when I couldnt get into my normal vet. They were great at giving advice and assurance. My girl was not happy with all the attention around her head but the vet who treated her was so good and helped my shy girl out so that we could get her all better

When my dog got an infected bite on her head the team fit me in at short notice when I couldnt get into my normal vet. They were great at giving advice and assurance. My girl was not happy with all the attention around her head but the vet who treated her was so good and helped my shy girl out so that we could get her all better
