Have been using this vet service for over 25 year and will continue to use and to recommend. They car for our pets just as we care for our children. They provide a service above and beyond and care not only for our pets but for us "their owners". Kim you are an angel to us as was your father before you, thank you for being such a caring person to us and our loved ones. Me and my now 14 yrs & 3 month old Pug loves you to bits.

We treat bird, reptile and exotic pets - however, when our clients ask us to recommend a vet for their cats or dogs, we have no hesitation in recommending Tugun Vets (as we have done for 20 years) - The Tugun Veterinary Surgery is independently owned and provides very fairly priced, excellent service.

Bob and now Kim have cared for Elly from the beginning Feb 2000 to the end Aug 2015. I would like thank everyone at the surgery for all of the genuine care and empathy they gave her and us on every visit and for even removing the fish hook from her throat on the day she managed to sneak up on Jeremy and steal his fish bait :) I would also like to especially thank Kim for her strength and compassion to Elly , myself and my 2 sons on Saturday and for helping Elly pass with total peace and calmness. we will always remember this day RIP Elly
