It concerns me that the staff at both Tully and Mission Beach have not learnt what empathy means. One of their veterinarians was incapable of telling me the sex of a cat. They desexed the female cat, charged me and told me, sorry , its a male cat !!!!!! I complained and it fell on deaf ears. There was no sorry or offer of a refund. Guess it saves money to pay young staff and keep the business going, or is it businesses. My concern is for animal welfare not costs. Read Less
